I just ordered a dinner box with meat lovers cheese sticks & cinnamon sticks. My pizza is not cooked all the way! I called to let the employee know what was wrong and all I got was a “well I pushed it through 2 times” this picture looks like cheese but it’s actually the thick dough… not saying don’t eat there but definitely check your pizza before leaving. I went into this location and when I tell you it’s the best one I’ve been in, I mean it! The manager is doing is best and it shows! His name is Thomas! Ordered last week and it took an hour and a half to get to our house (less than 2 miles away). They gave us a coupon for a free pizza as a result, so we decided to use it. This time, ordered over two hours ago and have not heard from them. We call and they say they are waiting for a door dasher. DO NOT order from here if you want your pizza delivered in a timely manner.

My son wanted Pizza Hut for his birthday so we decided to get it from the location in Prattville Main Street since we was already in Prattville. The service was good, the food was good and hot. Order was correct. The restaurant was clean and not spacious but it worked well because only
2 other customers was in the store. I gave a 2 star for the atmosphere because it was 2 guys just staying there Lea ing up against the wall literally 2-3 feet from where the lady was taking the orders. I found that a it weird literally just standing there watching. Overall, my son and his friend enjoyed the food.
