If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The service is terrible! My boyfriend went to pick up an online order and waited 15 minutes in an empty store. The staff is always rude and unwelcoming. I paid about $16 for this sad and mostly empty burrito bowl. I have never had this problem at a Moe’s location and am not one to leave reviews but this is unacceptable. I would 100% not recommend this location to anyone unless they want to get treated like a problem and also not get what they paid for. I worked in food service for many years and this kind of poor service makes me realize how customers become so disgruntled – if this is the experience they routinely have, I don’t blame them.

My boyfriend went in tonight I get it, super busy but if I can count only eight tiny pieces of steak in my whole meal is ridiculous. They scrapped the bottom of the pan instead off offering to wait till the steak is done. Not only that since it was busy they pushed him to the side and he could not watch them make the food. My stack was so gross! It had literal bricks of rice. I asked for light black beans didn’t see a single one and asked for pico didn’t see that either. Food was absolutely disappointing. Especially since it was $32 for 2 people to eat. Ridiculous! If you love expensive rice then this is your place!!!

My mom and I go here all the time. I like going here sometimes instead of Chipotle because there are more toppings and sauce options to put on your bowls and burritos. The employees are super nice and they know my face when I come in there. Food is usually warm, if not hot, and fresh. Love the fresh, free chips and salsa, it’s basically my favorite part. Love the seasonal salsas. The only negative thing I have to say is that when it’s close to closing then I wouldn’t recommend going because the amount of steak I got last night was NOT acceptable. But if you love southwestern food I definitely recommend.

I ordered moes catering online for an office party of about 30 ppl. This location took awesome care of us! When we arrived for pick up all the items were ready to go and they were making our hard shells fresh. We were so excited we forgot our queso. Its so crazy because of office team didn’t even notice until everyone was stuffed and full! English was so sweet every time I called with a question of what all was included (plates, forks, buffet pans). And Rhonda was so sweet at pick up! They refunded me the amount for the queso. -‘ easy fix they English did very quickly. I’m we can’t wait to have them cater our next office party!

I used to love this place until I found out they fired the most loved employee over a fake harassing phone call that was made while she was off. She became family to us. How could you all do that to a lady that’s 8 months pregnant??!! We definitely won’t patronize this business anymore!!!

Fair warning provided for free: This store has a NEW policy where employees are only allowed to give customers ONE scoop of chips. As a customer of Moes for over 15 years, it is very disappointing to be able to count the amount of chips I received on two hands. The pictures attached depict TWO scoops of chips which is less than 1/3 of the bag fyi.
Moes is literally known for giving a bag FULL of chips with meals purchased. I didn’t pay $20+ for half a meal. Going to an actual Mexican restaurant will probably give you more bang for your buck because you gets bowls of chips for free :). Also, only having ONE person serve food AND ring up customers leaves employees up for berating by customers. It’s definitely NOT the minimum wage worker’s fault….This store seems to care more about $$ than fair treatment of customers AND employees. Most likely will not be coming back any time soon. And others are probably the same because several customers left from the LONG wait. I hope this store does better in the future.
