Pros:

The owner is phenomenal. Super friendly dude with impeccable customer facing skills. The sandwich are massive. The pricing reflects that. The carrot cake reminds me of my grandma’s. Tons of gooey cream cheese frosting with moist cake. The Philly cheesesteak was fantastic, but be careful of the Pueblo chile. Quality ingredients for sure. A bit hotter than a jalapeño which I was not ready for. The chicken parm was one of the better ones I’ve had in Denver. The bread was soft and flavorful on both sandwiches I’ve had which tells me they put in a lot of attention to making the best sandwiches.

The cons:

The place is tiny and I have trouble with high top tables. I wish they had a couple low top tables. Minor grievance. Also, about a 1/3 of the chicken was overcooked and inedible. It was so thinly smashed that it just overcooked and became tough jerky. Still a good sandwich. Also, small complaint is $2.50 for a soda on the menu. That’s a bit steep. Small complaints only for feedback to the owner who is super awesome.

I’ll be back as there are so many sandwiches I was want to try. Wish in future they would do half sandwiches so I can more easily try them all.

My new favorite place!!! As soon as we walked in the door, we were pleasantly greeted. We ordered the garlic parm fries and zucchini rounds, and with a Lil squeeze of the lemon the fries are amazing!! The zucchini rounds, well , lets just say, the best ever had. For main course we ordered the meatball parm and cheese steak capo, both sandwiches we’re amazing the cheese steak is super good!!! We will definitely be coming back for more!!!

I’ve been here four times now, and each visit has been outstanding. I’ve tried something different every time, and it never disappoints. You can tell Jimmy pours his heart into this restaurant—and it shows in every dish. The Italian beef is juicy, tender, and topped with the perfect amount of spicy giardiniera. The pastrami is a standout as well. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Super small space but you feel immediately welcomed as if into their home. All the Italian feels. The owner was front and center running the register – very personable. I ordered the Mosco while my wife ordered the Cheesesteak capo.
Cramped waiting bc of the small space -I hope they eventually would be able to move into a bigger facility. Took 15-20 min to make these glorious beasts to-go with free pepperoncinis on the side.
I got halfway through my sandwich before remembering to take a picture and the wife’s was already demolished. Both were delicious and on point. If you like spicy Italian sausage then the Mosco is the way to go! My only complaint would be the cheese almost took over the flavor profile too much (I love cheese but that sausage is everything).
Overall I would recommend checking this place out, I know I plan on coming back for more.

We stopped in on Saturday night and were greeted by the whole family! They were hanging up their prized possession of the signed apron that young Henry Hill from Goodfellas had signed for them in NYE when he visited. This family run spot hit the spot! We got the Pepperoni Panzerotti and the Elenor. The mortadella on the Elenor was some of the best he has had! And the crust on the panzerotti was delish! And it came with a side of Sunday sauce. Both were so good! And to top it off the whole family was there even the name sakes of the restaurant Vinny and Marie! Learned so much from Jimmy and crew about how they started, the Pueblo chilies and generous givebacks they provide the community! And the future endeavors with Arvada! We can’t wait to go back! Give it a try and see for yourself!

We visited today – my husband had the Pueblo green chile slopper and I had the Mosco. Wow!!! We’re originally from Pueblo and the sloppers on Pueblo don’t even come close to the one we had today. The Mosco and carrot cake were equally delicious! If you haven’t been, you must give it a try. We’ll be back!

Food and service were hands down phenomenal. Janet was so friendly had outstanding customer service skills, she was a very friendly, welcoming face upon entering and while ordering she was very knowledgeable about the menu and the fan favorites. I shared the Mosco and Philly cheesesteak, the food was served fast, fresh, and hot off the stove, in fact, I fear I may never find another sandwich to ever top either of these. The restaurant set up was adorable and the atmosphere was authentic. I absolutely would make the 2 hour trek just to eat here again!!!

I’ve been wanting to try Vinny and Marie’s for a while now. Was so excited to see them open their brick and mortar spot so close by my house.
Finally paid them a visit on a Friday evening, we went at a really good time just before their evening rush. Their spot is pretty small but they make up for it in hospitality and delicious food.
Ordered mozzarella sticks, the Mosco (sausage sandwich), and a chicken Parmesan sandwich with a side of fries. The Mosco was delightful! Spicy with that Pueblo chile and flavorful. Chicken parm was savory and cheesy. Both were on what tasted like fresh ciabatta bread, soft on the inside and a nice outer crust. Mozzarella sticks were also good served with a fabulous mouthwatering marina sauce.
I’m excited to return to try their Panzerotti and other items on their menu. Nice job Vinny and Marie’s! Keep up the tasty food!

Don’t question whether or not you should go, just show up and order the chicken parm sandwich. All the ingredients tasted so fresh, and you could tell the food was made with care and intention. Vinny greeted every single customer that entered the store and made sure they were genuinely taken care of. I’ll come back again and again simply because I support the mission of the owners. Authentic, delicious, Italian American food made with love and integrity.
