Hi, so I ordered lunch today and I had a drink that he had forgotten the Delivery person that is and he was nice enough and went back to get it and while he was gone, I also realized that he forgot my brownie cookie thing the Twix one and I didn’t get a chance to tell him when he brought me my drink because he handed it to my roommate while I was in my room and my roommate hit me my drink so I didn’t have a chance to tell him so I’m writing this review to say don’t get anything delivered from these guys because they are horrible. I don’t know if they use GrubHub or DoorDash or whoever but they are just absolutely horrible.

I love the deep dish pizza it’s amazing at least to my taste everyone is different though. Always good service sometimes they may be grumpy but it’s hot in the store so I can see why sometimes. Atmosphere is alright not much to do while you wait there is a little pinball machine though so I guess it’s not all bad if you have change and at least the menu cycles giving something to stare at while you wait typically you get your food before 15 minutes which is acceptable to my standards least I know it’s fresh and I won’t be sick.

Spent almost $60. On a pizza order. Call the store and told them that I didn’t get the Italian cheesey bread. I was told that if I didn’t have proof that I didn’t get that there is nothing they can do for us. No refunds, no nothing. He had the order pulled up in front of him,and still said nothing he will do about it. Pretty sad they are like this. Just lost a customer

Massive shout out to those kids working on 4/29/25 in Onieda Ny!! You guys rock. That poor place felt like a freaking sauna easy 100 degrees and you were still doing it! Much respect.

1. be proud of you
