Lovely ladies helped me out make the best sub. There was only one problem. When it came to paying the machine didn’t allow me to TIP. This might be the only Subway in the US that doesn’t allow tipping. Can the owner of this chain or Subway make tipping allowed.

This place just gets worse and worse!! It needs to be shut down at this point. I have gave it several chances but will never eat there again. The only time it was decent was a month or so ago and this little girl was running it all by herself but even then they are always out of meatballs and other items. Tonight I ordered on the app and checked everything that I wanted on the sub: toppings, cheese, bread, etc and it was absolutely the worse sub that I’ve ever eaten..The bread was wrong, it wasn’t toasted, no cheese, and I think one slice of onion, and 3 olives and they were out of pickles ( I don’t know why they can’t stock the items needed to make the sandwiches) I ended up feeding it to the dog.

I ordered in the app, sandwich was ready when I got there (plus). I was happy to see more chip options than presented on the app (plus). Coke and Dr. Pepper out (minus) Footlong ham, 3 pieces of ham was on it (minus) – see pics below. Won’t be going back. Oh and I buy my team of 10 lunch often, at least once a month.

I just opened my sandwich and this slop is what I get. Disgusting. I ordered extra avocado, and didn’t even get that. My husband is now afraid to eat his meatball sub. The sandwiches are so sloppy and wet. I wish I could give ZERO stars. You guys need to have your franchise taken from you! Just EW! I DEMAND A REFUND! ORDER#: AF87276C-65.

We ordered online and waited the 20 minutes they estimated to pick up our order. When we arrived the only employee, James, was sitting outside smoking directly next to the front door watching videos on his phone. My car filled with his cigarette smoke, which was probably the least unpleasant part of the visit.

James was so busy relaxing and smoking outside, he never noticed our order come in. He offered to make the order but I wasn’t interested anymore, mostly because he didn’t wash his hands after touching his phone, his cigarette, his mouth, and the door handle before walking over to the line.

When we asked for a refund he raised his voice and said he didn’t know how to process a refund but said again that he would make the sandwiches. I’m immune compromised and couldn’t risk eating food made by someone with his obvious lack of hygiene.

After a half dozen or so bad experiences with this store failing to fill app orders and waiting days to weeks for a refund, I wasn’t going through that again and asked him to call the GM. Things were less than friendly with James at this point and the GM heard him cuss at us over the phone and threaten to call the police because we were asking for a refund for the food he was too busy smoking to make.

Your mileage may vary, but I can do without Subway until I’m near another store.

The ladies that work at this particular subway go above and beyond with their kindness and customer service . The restaurant was in immaculate shape , they were fast ,friendly and very efficient. You subway guys well girls really the guys are kinda rude are awesome,keep up the hard work!!!!!’

Early morning sandwich. Good for your sandwich needs. Won’t go back, but that is only because it was a stop along a long road trip, and in no way reflects the quality of service… And the service was exceptional and the food was delicious.

For a subway.

Place was clean, staff wanted to be there as much as could be expected. Good stuff.
