Small wings. Over salted. Fries are not worth even buying. Went to go check this place out because we heard they had new owners. If this is the start up, I don’t see them lasting long.

this was the first time i have patronize this business, but my experience was not a good one. my order was simple lemon pepper wings all flats. i was charged for this “special” order of all flats……by the way the order was called in for 30wings and fries. once the order was picked up and brought to me at home, no flats. i called back to the store and spoke with some young lady who advised me to bring the order back, after advising we have to use our gas to bring wings back for a mistake they made and we paid for, i asked……any additional compensation for my gas since this was not our mistake….i.e a drink or two extra wings anything to show so ownership of their mistake. the young lady who answered the phone stated ” we are not going to do anything else for you, just bring them back. i advised the young lady we would not be returning to their establishment if this is how they will treat their customers.

I DON’T EVEN WANT TO GIVE IT ONE STAR! WHEN YOU SPEN OVER $80 A NIGHT IN MEALS AND DON’T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED OR MISSING ORDERS! There food is great but their service is TERRIBLE. 4 times we have placed an order in the past 3 weeks and 4 times food is missing, not what was ordered, meal combos are not complete. When you place a big order and double check that they understand what you order( you read it twice to them and ask them to read it back to you) and they still mess it up then there is a problem. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN UNLESS THING ARE FIXED!!! AT THIS POINT WE WANT TO BE COMPENSATED!

Well i gave Hot Wing Express a 1 star because, the young lady at the front was very RUDE, i call the owner of Hot Wing Express, he said he would call me back , and he never did, I GUESS he let’s his Employees talk to the Customer anyway!!!! I use to go to this places 2 times a week!!!!!

Not really a wing place. They sell all kinds of food, burgers, Chinese, BBQ. Good food. Only real restaurant in town other than pizza or Mex.
