Regular spot. Back to back weeks order has been messed up.
Last week coffee was disgusting and cold.
This week same song and dance. Coffee does not taste right. Order it to be extra hot still given to me cold. Best yet my large was 1/2 whip cream. Why would I pay $8 for a 1/2 cup or whip cream and minimal coffee.
Used to be a regular spot of ours. Don’t plan on going back.

Asked for light ice and they filled it past the “ice line” on the side of the cup! Honestly this is just blatantly rude and now they hold the card reader out expecting you to tip on drinks/service you haven’t even received yet! Stay away from this caribou.
