Im from Portland, Oregon. There’s Starbucks on every other block, I have been a customer for 15 years at least and I’ve never had an employee act like I was bothering them by coming thru the drive thru today around 330 pm. She was like that last time I was there but I don’t like to complain about an isolated incident. She sounded like I was there to take her to jail thru the drive thru speaker and was no better when I pulled up. Fix it please.

We stopped at Starbucks in e Jefferson St in the martins super market in Plymouth in I asked for light cream in my ice coffee when I got it it was white there was so much cream. I said something she dumped ice out poured more coffee so it was warm these drinks at Starbucks aren’t cheap 2 of us 10 dollars and change and my ice coffee was horrible!! Never again at that one

Although the staff was very nice, there was no systems in place to capture the volume of orders. Long wait times for both before and after ordering drinks. Management, did not have the appropriate staff levels nor was the efficiencies there. A well run store could handle surge influxes, but not at this Starbucks, which did not meet the standard.

Always a pleasure to get a Starbucks drink in hand. The atmosphere here is basically grab and go because it is in Martin’s super market. But that doesn’t stop everyone in town coming to place an order. Sometimes has a little bit of a line but it always moves fast and drinks are always great!

In plymouth Indiana, To start off with for a Tall Mocha Frappe is priced more than any other coffee shop, plus the girls have a tip jar, and they expect you to put a $1 or more in there when the drink went up.in price. This is at the Martins grocery store. Alot of clowning around. You wait forever to get your drink. And rude, very rude if you don’t tip them. I realize the inflation, but if you don’t get your prices at a reasonable rate, you’re business will run down. I watched several people in line, that’s been their before, going thru the same thing, they chg. You a $6 to a $7 drink, and I can go down the street and get a med. Drink for the same price, and made correctly. Their is no supervision w the girls in there. Half the time the drinks are made wrong. Sorry to feel this way, but this and many others feel the way I do, and have walked out. The one in Nappanee is more controlled, and make the drinks like they should be. My too since .

Great service! They always make my drink exactly the way I like it. The Barista’s make an effort to get to know you and the drink you enjoy the most. The only down fall is sometimes in the morning there can be a bit of a wait time. (Especially on Fridays)

Dude this place takes INCREDIBLY long to do ANYTHING.
I go for a drink there and waited 10 minutes while the barista took 2 orders. This is something that happens almost every single time. Why must I dedicate 30 minutes to an hour of my life every time I go there waiting for the coffee to be sloooooooooowly made with an 80% accuracy?? Why am I walking in here as a young adult and leaving old enough to have grandchildren?
