A slight mistake was made on MY part for my order. I told them it was fine and no worries. The young girl with a big smile and cute glasses goes back and makes another small pizza for me because she was concerned with my satisfaction. Told me as long as I was happy, she was happy! What?? Talk about being blown away, I damn near cried. Such a sweet gesture, top notch customer service all the way and the friendliest employee I have come across in a long time. The pizzas were awesome. Aces! We will definitely be back!

I’ve only experienced the pizza that a friend bought, and it was delicious!
As a family outing, we chose to come to this location (Dinuba blvd) and when we walked in it didn’t have that “right at home” feeling. We had to ring the bell twice and I’m not sure how many ppl were in the back, but it was so loud.
We chose to stay for the buffet and to be honest, it was limited and no vegetarian pizza. The salad bar was a mess, and we had to wait for the pizza which is understandable. Just as long as my kid ate, I was good!
Price for three was $28 which was perfect for a buffet!
The pizza was delicious I’ll admit, but the service wasn’t that good. Tables were dirty and piled with plates, food, drinks and it just looked trashy. It sounded like a party in the kitchen, so I don’t see why someone couldn’t come out to clean up tables. The restrooms were also filthy and there was no way I was gonna have my kid sit on the toilet even if there were toilet seat covers.
We’re trying a different location in hopes the expectations is better than our experience here.

Haven’t been to this specific location for a few years however decided to go today to give another chance, glad we did! I’ve been to a lot of pizza places, but this Mountain Mike’s location really stands out. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. We got the Everest and it was stacked with pepperoni, sausage, and veggies were super flavorful. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving some solid pizza. We’ll definitely be back!

On this trip it was not good… the pizza was raw! Wet dough as you bit into it… had to ask for another and they seemed bothered for the request. The Pepperoni was soft and not crisp as before. When we finally got the second pizza you could clearly see that they flattened the round to satisfy our table, which tells me that lots of people are getting undercooked pizzas out of this location.. Lots of improvements need to happen here before I spend another $40 on uncooked, mediocre pizza.

We just left from the buffet. As soon as we walked in, the building was ice cold. We stood at the register for a long time and nobody ever came to help us. We had to yell loud to get someone to help us. We ordered the buffet. There was 2 dry old pizzas sitting. Ww asked if they were bringing any other pizzas out, and we were told no. We asked again a little later if we could atleast get a fresh pepperoni pizza to the buffet. And we again were told no. The salad bar also was very old. The salad was brown. We just drank a soda and left. There was three of us. We pretty much lost our money. What happened to this location. The old owners used to always do a great job. These new owners ruined this place.
