Had a fantastic meal at maiden voyage of Pals today. Got the sauce burger with cheese, frenchie fries, and Peachie Sweet Tea.

I love Pal’s! They keep it simple. That’s why they are so consistent with their speed and accuracy. Simple, good, and fast. You can’t beat that. Always friendly, everyone I’ve seen at the windows is smiling. I mean awesome, can’t say enough about them! Yours truly, a customer for life!!!

My husband and I are from Florida. We just bought some property out here in Tennessee. We saw the PAL’s restaurant and loved the name and thought it would be a new place to try. We ordered (2) Big Pal with cheese burgers, fries, and the orange dreamcicle shake. I must say do you like burger with you mayonnaise? The burger was drenched in mayonnaise, (I had to scrape off the mayonnaise for
my husband) the fries were super salty. The shake was super thick (which isn’t bad). Needless to say we were extremely disappointed with the food quality. We will not be going to this restaurant ever again. I see other dissatisfied customers and owners/management doesn’t seem to care about the concerns of customers. Which is another aspect that needs to be brought to light. They do not care to make it right!

This location in particular has better tasting food than any of the other pals in the area. I’m not sure what they are doing different, but there’s a noticeable taste difference in the food that has me driving to this one in particular. They also can follow directions, unlike other locations. If you ask for something here, it’s usually right. I will only special request things at this location because they know how to follow directions. Someone here is doing something right and they deserve a great review!

Always consistently hot. I do think the prices are high. $3.49 for a large fry considering the food cost for potatoes is reasonable. It’s not beef or chicken.

I come to this pals a lot and usually everything is great. They have a girl at the window taking orders saying it over the intercom before you even get it out of your mouth and getting it wrong/ leaving half off half of what you say intentionally. I had multiple things in my order wrong because she couldn’t listen. You can tell when they don’t like their job because they’re rushing you through your order when you’re already talking as fast as you can.

Ordered on the app at Wendy’s. Picked up in the drive through. Fries with no salt. So they will be fresh and hot. Asked for ketchup. Not any in the bag. They were hot with no salt but burnt. Like they took the cold fries and cooked them again. Not even eatable. So I decided to see what Pal’s is all about. Drive through and just ordered fries no salt. That’s how you get good fries. I guess I know where to order all my food around here. At Pal’s. Just needed a couple more ketchup packets.
