I’m confused by the previous ratings as this location hasn’t been open for even a week (8/25/25). We wanted Domino’s tonight and realized this location was finally open. We were not disappointed. The customer service was inviting and the pizza was amazing.

Today, 26 Jan. We are disappointed in the quality of our pizzas. It’s sad when you’re set on having a great dinner because you chose Dominos pizza. However, as soon as we got home we noticed our pizzas were subpar. Honestly, they should’ve never been placed to the customer. We didn’t look in the boxes before leaving because we would’ve left those pizzas there knowing the main ingredient, cheese, were largely lacking.

I called the store and it kept ringing nonstop. Your website, Apple Maps, and Google all list you as open. I drove up to the store and there is no one at the store and the store is closed.
I’m not sure if this is even a real Domino’s by the looks of it. It is one of the scariest looking buildings on Mack Avenue. Looks more like a trap house than a restaurant.
The inside has more bulletproof glass than a gun range. It is one of the most unsettling businesses in all of the Grosse Pointes. I have lived here for over 32 years and nothing has given me the creeps more than this business.

The place is to dark and barely noticeable from the main street they should consider changing the paint on the outside had a tracker for your food when its going to be done on the inside but spelled my name wrong and need some chairs on the lobby standing hurts
