I just love their food, everything fresh & tastes perfect! My favorite besides their sandwiches will gotta be their chicken noodle soup, rich flavor with lots of veggies & chicken. The store’s ambiance and staff are friendly too! Can’t believe they are the only one RAX in Illinois :,) hope to see more RAX in the future!

They’re out of potatoes by 6 o’clock on the Friday night I order food. She repeated my order back to me. I pay for my food I leave. I thought they shorted me a sandwich I go back. They tell me they didn’t even charge me for it. I’ll never eat there again

For me its all about the Beef Bacon Cheddar and curly fries. Have to support the mom and pop shops as much as possible to keep them around. The decor is a bit throwback which gives it a great appeal.

Awesome old school spot serving up some great roast beef sandwiches. Simple menu and friendly staff. I paid $10 for a beef and cheddar combo with fries and drink is more than reasonable. Check this place out if you’re in the area.

The girl that took my order was so rude it just made me not even want to eat there. It was my first time there and I didn’t know the menu. The chili was good but the rest of the food was garbage. Garbage food with garbage employees.

Rax was a staple in my childhood. I have always randomly checked to see if any more existing. While traveling in the Chicago area for a work, I knew I had to make a visit. This was exactly as I would have expected. The service was great, the food was good and it took me back to my childhood. Thank you!
