I love coming here, food would get a higher ranking but when I ordered my steak today it was like mush it was so sour and it tasted horrible I always get the steak when I come in here’s to hoping it will be better in the near future.

I just recently ordered from the Troy location today probably like an hour and a half ago my food is just now getting here but on that order, I asked for my chicken to be cooked well well done fried extra extra hard and it seems like they were literally being petty and gave me Have done chicken. I gotta really put my chicken in the oven to be cooked fully cooked because I feel like if I eat it, I’m gonna get sick because it don’t look like it’s fully done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I’m playing close to $40 for a meal, I feel like my chicken should be cooked the way I asked for it to be cooked

It’s been a really long time since I’ve been here and from what I remember, it was delicious! I was craving some corned beef and so I ordered a reuben. Well, that’s definitely not what I got. I got home, was super excited and when I opened it, that wasn’t it. Yes, it had thousand island dressing and sauerkraut but the meat, was not corned beef. It was roast beef but the meat has a very weird taste to it. I ate a few bites and threw it away. This was a very disappointing visit.

This is really what you call a grilled chicken salad? Literally 10 tiny bite sized pieces of chicken with wilted lettuce, that I might add did not even come with the salad dressing, I mean literally no dressing provided, at all…..will be addressing with your corporate operations for a damn refund.

The person that took my order was super nice and made sure our food came out quickly. I drive past this place all of the time and finally stopped in to see what it is. The prices are very reasonable and the portion are huge also. The guy also answered any questions I had. Overall great food.

When i just got the wings i told the lady it look not cooked enough she said its done I asked her to put it back in the oven she said she cant. When i got to work the slim bread wings just made me upset. I ate 2 that look a little better. But it taste like 7 11 wings but 10x worst. So yes a waste but the subs are good there.

I don’t often give 5 star reviews but bellacinos selection, quality, and consistency makes it a weekly stop for lunch. I have not tried the pizza here but the grinders are done to perfection. Italian, pizza grinder, are my top 2, but if looking to switch it up, they have a great variety to choose from.

I am so glad this place is still here, they could raise the prices and I would still come here. I will say this though, the last 2 times my grinder wasn’t cooked well, it felt like it was pushed through. I will always wait for it to be cooked all the way.

I continue to give this place a chance. Every time my delivery order is wrong. We don’t get what we paid for. My wife called the owner, and he began to berate her and yell at her. All he had to do was apologize. Between his rudeness and behavior we will never go back again. They did not include the sauce for the bread which he accuses us of not paying for and we not only paid but left notes. But bye bellicinos were done and I hope nobody goes to your disrespectful restaurant, I feel sorry for his employees. They should all leave him. Oh here’s a pic of food that looks worse than what I feed my pets.
