This was our first visit and we will definitely return! The food, drinks, service and atmosphere were all top notch. We started with some unique drinks and starters that were suggested by the server and we knew from that start that it would be a memorable experience. Then on to dinner. I was part of a group of 6 and we all ordered something different and argued over who had the better dish. My pork chop won by the way in my opinion ! We saved room for dessert somehow and they were amazing as well. The server was excellent and knew the menu well and was able to accurately describe each dish, drink and dessert which you definitely don’t see much at a restaurant these days. He definitely took pride in the menu and it showed! So glad we stopped and will definitely return soon

Tonight was my second time dining at Rhythm & Spirits and it was just as amazing if not better as the last time. We tried the butcher’s selection tonight and the spicy rigatoni which were out of this world. We had tried the Caesar salad and D.O.P last time and have been talking about them for the past month since our last visit. They were also everything we could ask for. Tonight was also the Dancing With The Stars finale and we asked our waiter if they would put it on one of the TVs and they did which was so kind of them and just a glimpse into the above and beyond service they provide. Last time, we also got an explanation of what D.O.P stands for which our server gladly told us the story about—another example of their top tier service. I can’t wait for my next visit, genuinely counting down the days.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant today, and it was a thoroughly impressive experience from the first sip to the last bite. The atmosphere is immediately appealing—the dark, heavily textured, almost charcoal-colored tables (likely black wood or a composite) provided a dramatic, upscale, and modern foundation for the beautifully presented food. The general aesthetic is clearly focused on dark elegance and high-contrast presentation.
Chili-Salted Margarita: The first drink, served in a heavy, textured glass, was a vibrant yellow-green concoction, likely a margarita or something tequila-based. The highlight was the chili-salt rim, which was perfectly applied to only half the glass. This suggests a thoughtful approach to flavor, offering a spicy, savory kick that balanced the drink’s sweetness and acidity. It was smooth and bright—a perfect way to start the meal.
Foamy Berry Sour: The second drink, served in a sleek coupe glass, was a gorgeous layered creation. It featured a deep purple base topped with a thick, pristine layer of white foam egg white . Garnished simply with fresh blueberries and a sage leaf, the presentation was elegant and refined. The flavor profile was undoubtedly complex, offering a tart and sweet balance with a wonderful, velvety mouthfeel.
Meatball Slider: This appetizer featured a savory-looking meatball topped with rich red sauce, sandwiched inside a lightly toasted, buttery bun. The dish was beautifully finished with a drizzle of white sauce ricotta and garnished with fresh microgreens, offering a peppery contrast and a vibrant splash of color.
Philly cheese steak Mushroom & Greens Slider : A more rustic, vegetarian option was presented with a hearty filling of sautéed mushrooms and dark leafy greens spinach, infused with garlic and savory herbs. Served on a similar soft bun and dripping slightly with a flavorful jus, this looked like a rich and satisfying bite.
Cacio e Pepe with Caviar: This was the showstopper. A creamy, classic Cacio e Pepe—tossed in butter, Pecorino Romano cheese, and ample cracked black pepper—formed the base. It was luxuriously elevated with a generous dollop of black caviar right on top. The textural contrast between the creamy, al dente pasta and the burst of salinity from the caviar was exceptional. Garnished with more microgreens, this dish was a masterclass in luxury and flavor.
Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs: For a dose of traditional Italian comfort, the spaghetti and meatballs were a huge hit. Served in a deep black bowl, the spaghetti was coated in a hearty, chunky red sauce and topped with three large, perfectly browned meatballs. A dusting of freshly grated Parmesan cheese finished the plate, offering a rich and savory depth that was truly comforting.

Verdict: The restaurant successfully delivers an elevated dining experience, pairing a stylish, moody atmosphere with a menu that balances refined creativity (like the Cacio e Pepe with caviar) and classic, executed-to-perfection dishes (like the spaghetti and meatballs). The cocktail program is outstanding and perfectly complements the food. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a sophisticated and deeply satisfying meal.

I went here Restaurant Eeek. I highly recommend this restaurant. The bitter green salad was delicious. Burrata Burger was outstanding with the bone marrow butter on it. The Apple Crumb Cheesecake was good as well.

OMG, what can I say about this place. Perfect rhythm and high spirited staff .

Amazing food, top notch. I consider myself lucky. Walking with friends aimlessly ended up here. Turned out to be Blessing in disguise.

This is gotta become my regular hangout if I m in philly and should be yours too.

Couldn’t take food pics , plates were cleaned up before we could think. It was that good. Luckily remembered for cake.

Grand opening soon they said. I wish them luck.

We had gone here for our Valentine days dinner but the experience was pretty bad.

Initially we got the seats very quickly, as we had a reservation.

First of off the server took a very long time to get us water or even get the drinks order.
The drinks took some time but after that we again had to wait a huge time for them to take our order. In fact I had to wave them down for them to ask them to take our order.

And, oh.. man, did it take a large time.
Even other tables were facing issue, wrong orders going to different tables, the pre fix (special) valentine menu items coming off in different orders, some got the entrees first then the small plates and appetizers. This happened to a couple of tables.

We had to wait for a long time for the food to arrive, the small plate and appetizer came one after the other, the small plate Shrimp and empanada were fine.

I had the French onion in a small skillet. Not sure why they are giving soup in a skillet, it was hard to eat (drink?) the soup out of . The soup broth itself was flavorless, no salt at all.

Then the entree Southern Fried chicken again took a very long time to get after that, we had to remind our waitress a couple of times to remind them we hadn’t gotten food. They said the place was backed up, understandable with Valentine’s day but they should have made sure issues like this shouldn’t have occurred.

When our entrees arrived, again the chicken was missing salt and some good flavors.

The dessert was OK, nothing great to talk about. I was still hungry after the meal.

I had prepaid for the dinner, when they brought the bill and they hadnt reduced that amount and I asked them to fix it (and once they brought the corrected bill, again it took them a long time to collect it). I had imagined they might give our drinks for free (I thought they implied that they will do it due to the wait). Though I think that would be hard on the restaurant, as they would have to comp a large number of people there for the issues that night.

There were also a couple of other small things I noticed (we had a lot of time to observe), that I felt a restaurant should have a better handle and care on.

All in all not a great experience for a special night.

EDIT- 22-Feb-2026
I just am adding something here. It seems a lot of negative reviews especially from the Valentine’s day are hidden. Most probably the restaurant tagged the genuine negative reviews and the Google AI removed/hidden them pending investigation. I had seen a couple of negative reviews (especially from the Valentine’s day, I had seen a couple of one and two star reviews).

The owner seems to replying to all good reviews and trying to flag genuine bad reviews, which I honestly find abhoring. Hopefully the reviews will not be hidden deleted and people can see the truth.

I had a delicious pulled pork pizza with a perfect ratio of toppings. The jalapeño grapefruit old fashion was also a perfect twist on a classic.

Went for Valentine’s Day, woah they couldn’t handle it. Waited 30 minutes to be seated after my reservation then waited 45 mins for the appetizer (fried oysters) menu said 6 they brought out 3, the filet mignon came out before the salad and was medium when I wanted medium rare and didn’t even come out with the asparagus. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to wait another 45 mins for a new steak… The food was amateur, how do you mess up a salad? The waiter was great though! Unfortunately more than likely won’t be back. HAD TO REPOST MY REVIEW BECAUSE IT WAS REMOVED.
