I loved this location because the staff always seem to be in a great mood, and everyone is really friendly! However, $9 (after tax) for this lil guy with no side is actually insane . The people at corporate are extremely out of touch because I’m 5’3, 105 lbs, and it’s smaller than the palm of my hand omg. A WHOLE $9 LOL PLS

I go to Panera often and have never seen anything like this. I always order the same thing every time so when I received this I was in complete and utter disbelief. Very disappointed. For $7 I except better, will not be ordering here for a while

So when I went, the cashier said team lead on it and she was an older women and the person before us was an older man and she was so sweet to him. When it came to my spouse and I, which we are in our 20s, she had a lot of attitude towards us. She was so rude. I don’t know why she switched when it came to us.

The soup and half sandwich is our healthy goto when we’re on the road. Both are fresh and delicious.

Delicious, but $18 for a sandwich.
We decided to meet someplace to eat “on the cheap side” and still $40 for lunch for just 2 lunch sandwiches.
I could do without “the sides” but that’s just me. But it was delicious and fast service and nice people. Just a crazy price.

Great service.
Beautiful looks on my avocado toast, and delicious. Although dressing to sweet, so next time ordered the sesame on side. I preferred that.

It’s been a long time since I ate at a Panera, but I just enjoyed a Mediterranean half sandwich w/o the feta, 1oz bag of chips and a half and half lemonade/iced tea. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful, the woman who handed me my order smiled. The bread was fresh, the cucumbers crispy, lettuce and veggies tasty, and the hummus creamy. And the portions realistic.

So, I’ve obviously ate here many times, but not in a few years. I previously boycotted them back when they were advertising “all natural” ingredients while using hydrogenated oils in many of their products, which is not a “natural” ingredient. Since they have since dropped that marketing, i wished to try them agian. I ordered the half sandwich and cup of soup. The soup was a creamy squash soup..very flavorful, but extremely salty. The sandwich was the Mediterranean veggie. I subbed in the ciabatta, and found it very chewy, but the overall sandwich flavors were good. The efficiency and speed is goos, but I’d gladly wait longer if the final product would be better. Later, i had a coffee and a tried a couple baked goods. The coffee is decent, but could’ve been hotter. The cinnamon coffee cake was very very dry, and dense, bordering on tough. It was not enjoyable. The warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookie was cooked well, but it had too many chocolate chips, and was nearly half chocolate. Some people may like this, but the result was that the cookie was way too sweet. Regarding ambience, the vibration on the devices are so strong that it makes a most unpleasant noise when it goes off. In addition, there was the occasional “Carol!”, that was yelled out by the staff to get a customer’s attention. I wish there were more quality bakery/cafés in the area, because it just seems that the attention to detail is almost completely gone now that they do such massive business and have so much profit. Sad… success breeds complacency, and I’m afraid that this feedback will likely fall on deaf ears. Support local businesses when you can, or else you’ll be left with dry coffee cake!

Paid almost $30 for a salad and chicken tortellini. The Salad was old and slimy *see image and the chicken tortellini was clearly microwaved and dumped in a bowl.. not even mixed or evenly cooked, half the tortellini was plastic hard the other half was soggy..

Literally some of the worst food i have ever picked up.

fix your service.

Fast service, delicious food, friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere. What can I ask more? I have ordered a Green Goddess Avocado Toast and Kickin’ Grilled Cheese. The avocado toast was awesome as always, and the grilled cheese had a kickin’ hot sauce. My hubby ordered an orange scone and Asiago Sausage Bagel. He loved both. I personally think it’s a little pricey and the store itself has an odor that stays with you after you leave. But this is true for everywhere now. So, thank you for the great service.
