Food it is pretty good for a fast food place. But during my particular visit, I got tacos with sauce in it and the sauce was all over the outside of the taco included in the package. So is prepared very messily. When they went to hand me, my food, I had 3 bags of it. And it kind of just tried to hand me all 3 bags at the same time. And they were just crumpled up at the top. I almost dropped one of the bags as they kept trying to hand it to me.

I just wanted to rate the service today I was out driving with our dog and realized I didn’t have anything for her to drink and she seemed a bit hot ,I pulled in to the drive-thru and ask hey could I get a cup of water for my dog I don’t need anything to eat today I just wanted to cool her down after leaving the park and they said” yeah no problem ,Tell you what we’ll give you a “bowl” that’ll fit in your cup holder” I drove around They had it ready for her and the gentleman behind the counter had some treats he asked if he could give I thanked him and our dog definitely appreciated the extra treat. Nice staff. … As a side note I do like the the little breakfast burritos they do They hit the spot.

We paid nearly $30 for 2 meals (chicken boss burritos) and there was literally nothing but rice and beans maybe 2 small pieces of chicken inside them… I think that is the last time I come here if it’s gonna cost that much for a glorified rice burrito.

If I could give zero stars I would. When we first walked in, I went to use the restroom. They had just mopped the floor and it looked as if they had dumped the bucket on the floor and mopped up what they could. Toilet paper was on the back of the toilet for easy convenience, rather than in the holder. When we went to order the wait staff was not very friendly. No gloves were being used while handling any type of food, and the gentleman working behind the counter did not have his hair up or in a net. A couple workers were hollering at each other across the kitchen. Food itself was cold and my burrito had two small pieces of meat, the rest was all rice. This will most definitely be the last time we go in there, and hopefully someone reads this to save themselves the time of going in. Food definitely didn’t taste very good going in, and super nervous about it coming back out!

Potato olés tasted like they were a couple hours old. This has happened to be before the past week. Two employees were on their phone when I pulled up to the window. Its disappointing as I have worked for taco johns before and the management always stated how much germs were on phones and not to be on them in front of customers or be on the regardless when clocked in. The young man with a hat on at the window was attentive and fast at service. It makes me feel as if he did all the work by himself for the order.

INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFING!!! Went awhile back with my Down syndrome child and they didn’t even have a bathroom to fit her needs. Staff walks around with awful attitudes and provokes customers who come in with their clients who also have intellectual disabilities. Yelling profanity and ultimately Causing emotional abuse to these intellectual disability, clients) ALL WHILE THE MANAGER CONTINUED TO SIT AND WATCH AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO STOP IT. I can’t imagine how this manager lets people treat his kids if that’s how he lets his employees act in a professional development. How disgusting. 0-100 don’t recommend until there’s completely new management and a whole new team.
