A combination of bland and and massively over sweetened food.
Prawn toast – Sickly, served lukewarm and I suspect pre prepared frozen. Awful. I spat it out which is rare.
Szechuan chicken? Well … I had one bite. It was bland and tasteless and served with a sauce that had more sugar than a Halloween bucket of candy.
Lo mein? Literally no discernable taste at all.
Save yourself the bother and go to Panda Express. They are opening one just up the road.

I visited during lunch. I walked in and was sat immediately. It was a Friday and 20% occupied. They brought a menu with some crunchies for the table. I order a lunch special. It comes with soup & rice. I asked for Hot and Sour, he brought me Wonton. I didn’t complain I just ate it minus the wontons which I don’t like. I ordered General Tso’s chicken. It was very good. Nice and fresh with white meat. I ordered extra spicy and I don’t think that was conveyed to the kitchen. I witnessed another table asking for crunchies for their soup and the waiter grabbed a basket from a table nearby. It was unclear if they were fresh. I needed a to go container. He brought me one Chinese style box so I could only get the chicken not rice. Lunch with water was $10.35.

Another great dinner from Zheng Garden!
We ordered the crab rangoon for appetizer and it did not disappoint.
For the main course, I opted for the beef lo mein. Noodles were flavorful and beef was seasoned perfectly and had a great fresh taste.
My children ate all their chicken and broccoli with rice.

Sweet and sour chicken looked (and tasted) like it had been cooked with a flamethrower. We got three different kinds of lomein and each was as bad as the next-zero flavor. To top it off, the little packet of noodles they give you was stale. Quite possibly the worst Chinese on Hull St, and if you’ve eaten the Chinese along Hull St, you can only imagine how horrible this was

I was appalled at the serving sizes! Bought $80 worth of food and didn’t feed 5 people. Mei fun was mostly broccoli. Fried rice had too much soy sauce. $15 order of chicken came in a quart container. I normally have left overs for days. This was a a 1st and a last for us. Sesame chicken is good as hell but don’t think you’re feeding a family.

This place came highly recommended but I’m not sure why. It was empty when I walked in – not strange for a Monday – and I placed a to go order for one veggie dish (home style tofu) and crab rangoon. It took at least 30 minutes despite an empty restaurant and for all that time, both tasted sub par. The staff was nice and cleaning a lot. Won’t be returning though.

Can we give a 6 star? At the risk of sounding dramatic, this might be the best Chinese Food I have ever had in my 50 plus years on this planet. We recently moved to the area and ordered carryout from here. Everything was hot and absolutely delicious.
