I have never been more uncomfortable at a drive-thru window in my life. The woman helping me was kind, attentive, and gave genuinely excellent customer service. Instead of being appreciated for that, the manager came over and yelled at her — in front of me — for simply doing her job well.
It was completely unprofessional. There is absolutely no excuse for publicly scolding an employee in front of a customer. That is basic management. The look on the employees’ faces said everything. They weren’t just embarrassed — they were shaken. No one should have to work in an environment where they appear afraid.
If this is how staff are treated when customers are watching, I can only imagine what happens behind the scenes. Leadership sets the tone for a business, and fear is not a good look for any restaurant.
I left feeling sad for the employees and disappointed in the management. I would never want that kind of atmosphere attached to a place I support.

Last Sunday my husband and I went through the drive through and ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit, sausage biscuit No cheese and a coffee.. When we got the order there was no cheese on my bacon egg cheese biscuit and my husband didn’t get the sausage biscuit. So we go back around stating ” my sandwich doesn’t have cheese on it and we didn’t get the sausage biscuit ” So we said We want a bacon egg cheese biscuit and a sausage biscuit no cheese. I even said repeat the order. She did. Our biggest mistake was thinking they could get it right.lol We should have looked before driving away. Guess what my husbands sandwich was, YOU will be surprised. Egg biscuit not sausage biscuit. I guess your help doesn’t know the difference in an egg and piece of sausage. No one working the counter, you have to order on the stupid machines. Can’t hardly get anyone to help you. The dinning area was dirty. They were put of napkins, soda all over the counter and customers had to wipe down Theron own tables just to sit down. I ordered take out and got my bad and left. Didn’t check it till I got on the road but they forgot part of my order. Fries were cold and unsalted. Dont recommend stopping here if you can avoid it.

Terrible morning crew. Last 4 times of going to the drive through I have had to go back due to messing up my order or overcharging. They need a 3rd window just for screw ups. Not impressed and manager needs to do their job. Decided i will never go back there again.

We ordered a Mcchicken sandwich with extra pickles. The sandwich was cold and it only had 2 pickles. We also ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with no cheese. The sandwich had cheese on it and no lettuce or tomato. My wife is lactose intolerant and can not have dairy ao she scrapped off all the cheese she could. The service was OK , drinks were OK and the fries were OK. We were traveling to an appointment and did not have time to go back and make the order right

rudest customer service i’ve ever experienced anywhere. don’t even bother thinking that ordering through the app is faster because you’ll still have wait over half an hour.(and that’s after i went inside)

Took almost an hour to get our food, which the hamburgers were prepared wrong. Paid for large but they were out of large cups and were given smalls. Bathroom was completely out of toilet paper in each stall. Dining room had trash everywhere. Overheard the employees talking about being out of so many things. While I can give grace on supply issues, customer service was horrible.
