What a delightful and delicious alternative for after-school snacks! We got two smoothies, a sorbet bowl and a refresher. The smoothies were very flavorful, and the refresher was excellent. However, the sorbet bowl was an absolute highlight. Two flavors of sorbet, 4 toppings, and honey drizzled on top. Delicious and so satisfying!

I found FitStop online when looking for healthy food options, and decided to try it out. The owner, Crystal, is doing a great service for this community and offering healthy gluten free and low carb food prep. You can look at their menu on Facebook and order items, then pick them up a few days later, take them home, and heat them up for quick and healthy meal options. She also offers lunch items in the store that you can purchase and heat up. Fresh smoothies are offered all the time, and there’s no need to call ahead for these. On our first visit, I tried the keto crack chicken for lunch with a smoothie, and I liked it so much that I decided to try a week of meal prep, which I am enjoying. If you’re wanting to try (or stick to) a low carb or keto diet, I suggest you try it out! I ordered and paid on Wednesday, then picked up 21 containers on Friday. Crystal also gives an incentive to bring back the plastic containers in order to reuse them. Tonight, we tried the mushroom bake, and it was quite good! When I picked up my food prep on Friday, I tried some low carb taco pizza that was fabulous.

Must Stop at Fit Stop to meet a very friendly and incredible group of health minded smiling faces! They serve up Keto friendly low carb fare, their customizable pizza is amazing and my personal favorite! They have fat bombs and low carb deserts for those looking for guilt free snacks! Juice/Smoothie Bar! Bulletproof Coffee! I have said enough….go!

What a great place to have in our small town! They offer a wide selection of gluten-free options, bakery items, smoothies, and excellent meal-prep options! This place always has what I need to be successful in my fitness journey! The atmosphere is also extremely cozy and welcoming!

Courteous staff and food that I’m constantly surprised I end up liking. I’m not a vegetable guy but I end up eating them once they’re combined with the other healthy options. Plenty of options for protein shakes as well. Perfect post-workout place!

Every drink has almond milk. What do people have against good old fashioned milk?? I understand that some people are lactose intolerant. At least give me the option of regular milk. Almond milk leaves a weird feeling in my mouth. Also, it’s not that good for you because it is highly processed and full of additives. Milk, it does a body good. I eat healthy. If I can’t get something “real” to eat I usually do without. Great concept for a store, especially in this area, but not for me.

They have an amazing staff, and the shakes are fantastic. They never turn down when you wanna change things up with a shake. The meal prep food is also great.
