YOU NEED TO COME HERE ️ ✨

One of my favorite dining experiences we came to Jay Peak then had dinner here afterwards and I cannot recommend this place enough. Although it’s Asian fusion it is very good for what it is, and I was very impressed by the Gyoza’s. I feel like I’ve never had this could have Gyozas outside of the DC area. The only complaint I had is that they put us in a corner and it was very cold, but it was worth it for the food. They were also out of ice cream they call “creamies”.

World-class omakase inside a cozy Vermont tavern. Incredible food, intimate vibes. Great for large parties. Absolute gem.

What a lovely place. Staff was super friendly and outdoor seating is cute. Looks like a small community where people just get into chat with each others.
Food is interesting. Fried kimchi rice was spot on and their daily specials too. Not your average asian restaurant. Decent selection of beers is also a plus.
Definitely coming back!

Fourth year dining here with family after skiing Jay, and every year has been deliciously epic. We always love the poke bowl, and tonight’s Bali sashimi was not only one of the most generous sashimi portions I’ve ever had, it was also one of the freshest. The French fries had an Asian fusion twist and were wicked crispy. Best sake west of the Connecticut river and east of Lake Champlain. Luke had steak and mashed potatoes, I had fish tacos in nori paper, Nate had a burger, Sue and Amaya had noodle bowls, and Neddy had the poke bowl. Fusion twist for all.

Our first time trying the food here. We came on Sushi night – it is a separate menu but they do have some regular food items to choose from.
We had the pork egg rolls and pork belly bao buns. Superb!

For sushi, we had the dragon roll and the Philly roll. I’ve eaten a lot of sushi and the dragon roll maybe the best roll I’ve ever had.

Large sake to wash it all down with!

Def a must try! It was most excellent

We had an amazing dinner here after a day of skiing at Jay Peak. We got the Pad Krapow and it was fantastic! The creamy soft serve is to die for. Impeccable vibe and service was fantastic. Our server Leo was friendly and had great recommendations for what to get on the menu and tips for the area as a whole.

What a gem! Came by here with the kids and they welcomed us warmly. They had a little section where the kids could sit and play board games with others. Very friendly atmosphere with such great service. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the braised chicken, the gyozas, the volcano and shrimp tempura. Would highly recommend!

What a cute restaurant!!! We attended on sushi night. Dragon roll was the best. They were slammed busy and while we had to wait a little extra for our sushi, we didn’t mind at all. Appetizers came out quickly. The ceviche nachos was just amazing tuna nachos. They have games to play while you wait (connect four, tic tac toe, etc). Our waitress was super polite and always had a smile even though she was running around all night.

We will absolutely not miss a chance to have dinner and drinks at Omakase when we ski up at Jay Peak! The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The extra long tables are perfect for big groups or if want to bump elbows with strangers and meet new people it’s fun to sit there with smaller groups and mingle. Or at the bar if you can find room! The food is outstanding. A perfect blend of Asian fusion but with something for everyone. The price points seem very reasonable, especially given the cost of food and the labor market these days. 10/10 would recommend. Kudos to the omakase team!

Private dining experience in my home for my 50th birthday was outstanding. Our Chef for the evening was Tate. The event was fun, relaxed and in short, impressive. Omakase sushi, bao buns, curry and fried rice paired with Saki was an evening to remember.
I highly recommend you give this a try.
