I asked for a smoked sausage breakfast platter but the gave me a sausage patty combo instead. But the food was so hot and just so fresh that I couldn’t take it back in there lol . The speaker was not working properly. I did not get what I ordered at all. This was first thing in the morning. The sausage patties that I didnt ordered were not even eatable. I called and was told i could bring it back to be fixed .inconvenient as well as the cost of gas to go back across town because I only stopped at this one because it was on the way home.

I’d give less than one star if I could. Rude staff and horrible food.
My biscuits were RAW & Gooey. The gravy was watery and the container was less than half full. I called the manager and his only response was “ok, ok, ok” ️ ️

I was in the area, wanted something fast cheap and filling. So I placed my bet on this Hardee’s location to settle my hunger. I ordered the NEW $5 SLIDER BOX. It was better than I thought it would be, but it was less filling than I had hoped. But I received two double sliders, fries, drink, and cookie. So it wasn’t a waste of money, I should’ve just added a side item and still had a good deal. Would 9/10 come back.

In life, sometimes we have to trip and fall to learn from our mistakes. In the case of this Hardee’s location, it’s a lesson learned.
One of the 1st things you’ll note about this location is the lack of business, meaning patrons and vehicles. There are literally no patrons inside, no cars outside, and maybe 2 employees… and maybe it’s for a legitimate reason.
The place seems run-down and unclean, as if it’s abandoned with broken signs, dirty windows, with weeds around the building (as of the time of this writing)
When I went to order a chicken tender meal, the young lady, who took my order. had a snarky attitude and was sarcastic at times. Instead of asking what size meal she automatically assumed and charged me for a 5 pc meal… which ran $10 and change.
When I pulled up, the same lady gave my total, and I paid. (I was able to take a look inside, and there were no customers, and it looked dirty and lonely behind the counter)
After receiving my meal, this is where my expectations were failed:
For the amount of money paid, I was expecting decent sized chicken tenders… instead, I got a Mini-me version of an average chicken tender size, which barely had any meat, and had an oily/bland taste with hints of spices.
The fries were old, over-salted, and somewhat cold, like they had been sitting under the heat lamp since the last supper. The only decent part of the meal was the drink.
In addition, I only received 4 tenders, instead of 5 (another minus). I didn’t have time to go back as I was headed back to work.
For the amount of money I paid, I sure didn’t receive a good value. I know every restaurant is different, however the chicken tenders could have at least been more plump, and the fries fresh…
I seriously don’t recommend ppl wasting their time and money at this Hardee’s location. If you want real value and service, there is a Chick-fil-A, and a McDonald’s not far up the street.

Twice I’ve gone here and twice my order got wrong. My bad review is due to the inability of who ever was in charge yesterday night 10/24 to accept they made a mistake. Trying to gaslight your costumers into thinking they are in the wrong is absolutely atrocious.

I’ve only stopped to eat here twice and both times have been severely disappointed. Just wanted some chicken tenders… I get dried shriveled up thin chicken tendons… when broken open some look juicy but they’re dry and stringy. Kinda tastes like fried canned chicken. I don’t know whats going on but I don’t think I’m gonna be stopping in anytime again soon.

Lately this place has went downhill. Usually you can rely on breakfast to be fairly quick and the food decent, leaving lunch and dinner service lacking, as well as the state of the food.
Now, you’re left waiting for breakfast, then you’re served cold food all services.
