I don’t know what some of the one stars on here are complaining about, I’ve been here dozens of times in the years I’ve been at this station and it’s been good every time. They’ve always been polite, respectful, and made my food exactly to my wishes never missing a beat. Awesome staff, and the food is always good. I’ve yet to have a bad experience at this location in any capacity from cleanliness to attitude of staff.

First, let me just say, I frequent this Subway OFTEN!
Today, was so different than what I usually experience. Riley had such a nasty attitude. I had never encountered her before so I’m guessing she hasn’t been here long. Also, the other girl was whispering things to her throughout my short visit. That was absolutely rude. I had to ask her several times to spread my meat and veggies to the ends of the bread. These sandwiches aren’t cheap so if I get a “footlong” sub, I would like to be able to enjoy the whole of the sandwich, not just 9-10 inches of it. Then, it say 2x provolone cheese that she tried to spread thin with gaps in between. I asked for salt and pepper and that seemed to also be a problem, judging by her attitude. Service and quality are obviously on a steep decline here.

Helpful and friendly, nicely upgraded interior connected to the Exchange and some outdoor tables now. A wall mounted TV usually on ESPN. But, at lunch during a weekday you’re likely to face a line with 15-20 people and a very long wait. Other times are quick though.

Visits were for lunch during our business trip. 18 April 2023 had a Chicken Teriyaki Salad. 20 April 2023 a 6” Chicken Teriyaki Sub on pita and a drink. This location of course stays business for lunch unless you leave off the installation, however I was impressed. Location is clean, staff professional, pleasant, and got the in-house and to go orders done quickly. They have a good system to tackle the lunch crowd. Food was good and correct temperature. If back in area again, will stop back.

They close at 8 not 9. Go out the gate and turn left for a later close time!!!
