The food was horrible. I ordered a BEC Croissant and it was so hard to take a bite bc the croissant was hard like a brick. They don’t offer service either. It’s just order and pick up from the counter. We had to get all of our own drinks as well. The staff even ordered out to get breakfast somewhere else. That’s bad.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this adorable quaint little coffee/doughnut shop/cafe! By far the best kept little secret in town. They have everything from Iced Cafe Americana, to Avocado toast! And their doughnuts… delish! They are mini doughnuts, just so you know, (about the size of a half dollar-ish,) but they are super yummy! (I like the Boston Cream!) They have a variety of flavors as well, and the designer doughnuts = Awesome! You can get them in quantities anywhere from a half dozen to a whole tub full also! Which is great for us since we have 8 people in our household. And I noticed the offer Catering as well. My kids LOVE the loaded Hot Chocolate! ☕ (And it is certainly loaded! Can we say sugar rush!? ) Their food is tasty and the prices are on point. (I got a loaded Hot Chocolate and a HUGE Cafe Americana with extra flavoring this morning plus a 15% tip for right at $10 !) Much cheaper than Starbucks, and tastes JUST as good, if not better! And as if that’s not enough, the inside decor, is top notch! It reminds me of the Anime Cafe in Eureka Springs Arkansas! The service is great, very personable and friendly ladies behind the counter, and they are very helpful and ready to explain and answer any questions. I have to admit, I’m torn between keeping this place a secret so I don’t have to fight my way in or the lines, and blasting it out to the world, because it truly should be experienced! So, I absolutely HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!
Parking is a little tricky, the cafe is on a little side street. Take a left at Ya Mama’s restaurant, and the cafe is on the right. It’s a little black and white building. You can park right in front of it or across the street in the grass area or next to the laundromat.

My son blessed me with avocado toast to go this morning for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised! It was very good. A generous amount of avocado topped on toast with eggs along with an “everything bagel” seasoning. Would like to try other dishes in the near future. ☺️

This place is a hidden gem and is the best coffee in new roads. Their donuts are amazing and artful. They have a full breakfast selection as well. This is one of the best places in New Roads.

Went in twenty minutes before close to get a to-go order. The door was locked but they unlocked it and then were very unfriendly. Made us two coffees and six doughnuts and we tipped them $3. Upon getting into the car (before pulling off) and opening the doughnuts, they were thrown into the bag and were all over each other. The doughnuts, because they were all smeared together, were horrible. I’m in the service industry and can proudly say I would never treat customers like that. Won’t be going back.

Stoped by to grab a coffee and support a small business. It’s to bad that the people working there were not friendly and took my order incorrectly and blamed it on me. I do not know how you can expect to run a small business when you are rude to your customers. I though maybe they were just having a bad day but after reading the other reviews I can see this happens often. They have a lot to learn about running a business. I don’t expect this place to be around long.

It was my first time coming here. I ordered through the to-go window outside the shop & the owner was friendly. I realized after I received my order that it was a MINI DOUGHNUT SHOP (my mistake). I went inside the store & asked for a refund because I wanted BIG doughnuts. The nice girl at the counter told me I could get a refund, I went got my card & came back & THE OWNER was so rude ! She told me that I couldn’t get a refund & that she specially made the order for me. I apologized multiple times & she told me “you should’ve came inside the store in the first place” & “I’ll do it this time, but this is ridiculous”. I couldn’t believe how rude she was being after being so nice when taking my order. Despite my bad experience, the shop is really nice. The doughnuts looked okay, but not good enough for me to change my mind about the big ones.

Absolutely the worst donut shop, if you can call it donuts that I have ever visited. People are rude, overpriced, bad product, no parking, not open when they are supposed to be according to their hours on their website. Change your name to Joe and Dough like the establishment in Murfreesboro Tennessee. If that’s what you are trying to do you have failed.
