Food was good but the chicken can use a bit more flavor. The factory big burrito is crazy big lol I thought I could take on the giant but the burrito won lol I recommend this place and I will definitely coming back.

These guys JUST opened and already are making the best burritos in Pasadena TX. These burritos are perfect, the staff is incredibly friendly, and service is lighting fast.

Delicious flavor, however i got carne asada on my burrito and it was full of nerves and hard pieces. That is the only thing that instantly puts me off when eating any meat because it ruins my appetite (sensory issues). Would consider going again but i might not get anything with the carne asada because of this. I couldnt finish the burrito because I kept picking at it and at that point i was already nauseous from trying to power through.
Flavor was great though and I wouldnt want my own sensory issues to deter anyone from trying this locally owned business, but i was disturbed enough to leave an honest review.

My wife and I came to eat and The Burrito Factory didn’t disappoint! The California burrito was fantastic, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the Steak and Bacon breakfast burrito (all day breakfast is a huge plus). The service was fast, easy and straightforward. For two (huge) burritos and a large drink the total was less than I expected. The Burrito Factory is a definite win in our book and a welcome addition to the Pasadena/Deer Park area!

Visited this place about 2 weeks ago. Service was horrible with the cashier. It appeared she was having a bad day or she just didn’t like to work. The cashier was being rude and not energetic. I ordered the chicken bowl which was pretty pricey and barely had any chicken in it. It reminded me of the bowl from Taco Bell. Taco Bell tasted way better than the bowl here and was also half the price. Ambient is not the greatest either. My expectations were high .

Pretty good but $4extra on top of a $13burrito for a… teaspoon of rice and beans is pretty crazy and on top of that.. doesn’t come with a drink.
If im paying extra to “make it a combo” I shouldn’t have to also pay for a drink.
