The dude had the munchies after some post work relaxation, and decided to give this place a try. I ordered a Margherita pizza and fried zucchini sticks. The pizza was a 7 on a 10 scale. (A 10 is like New Haven pizza, man, so don’t sweat it). Maybe a bit more cheese for a Margherita pizza would get this to an 8. Great crust. The zucchini sticks were some of the best the dude has had. Not limp oily things. They held their weight.

I cannot say enough good about Worcester Pizza Factory, the owner, and his staff. We have ordered from them as a team many times over the years and they always go above and beyond to make it perfect. The food is delicious, affordable, and always the right temperature upon delivery. Our players are happy and full with leftovers by the time they’re done eating. Really one of the best!!!

I had the worst experience at this place which is just next to my university.The owner was incredibly rude and lacked basic politeness. When I asked for crushed chili, he refused to give it unless I left a fake Google review. I refused because that’s completely unethical, and as a result, he decided not to give it to me even though I was willing to pay for it.
My friends had already paid for the pizza, otherwise, I wouldn’t have even bothered. But guess what? Here’s the review you wanted—just not the one you were hoping for. And to top it all off, the pizza was *burnt.* Definitely not coming back. At the very least, respect your customers.

My son ordered a chicken bbq pizza, and I must say that I have never seen a worst looking pizza in my 60+ years of living. It was burnt, dry and barely edible, I felt bad for him because we ordered from a different place and had no complaints about the food we had. I would strongly suggest finding a different place to get your food because this place failed to deliver a decent edible pizza.

So I got the heads up that I should really try Worcester Pizza Factory. Mon-Fri they have $7.00 large(14″) cheese, pick up only. So I ordered 2. Most times places that do special prices on certain days tend to skimp out on ingredients, making them bot as good as the full price. NOT this place. Plenty of sauce and cheese. The crust is is a typical thinner crust, not much rise on the outer ring. This is good for me as this is how I like it, with the sauce and cheese going almost to the edges. Flavor of the sauce is really good, with fla or of fresh tomatoes and garlic, with plenty of cheese, but not so much to weigh the slice down. I give the Pizza 4.5/5 with the value 5/5. (A 20″ is only $18.99) and service was very friendly and welcoming.and the offer a vegan cheese option that we will have to try next time.. They called me back while I was on the way to let me know the food was ready, and the gentleman behind the counter said to me “first time”? Since he did not remember ever seeing my face before.. which was true.
100% recommend giving this establishment a try, even if just for the $7.00 14″ to give it a shot.

The chicken bacon ranch pizza just might be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Been there 4 times now, I’ve had very nice interactions with the guy I think is the owner. Dunno why people are saying they’ve had bad interactions with him, he’s very nice.
