Stumbled upon this place by accident but they ended up having really delicious food!! Limited menu is the best In my opinion. Super nice lady! My husband and I love Mexican food and it’s a hit or miss with some places… some have really dry food but the Queso birrias, the burrito, and the tamale were all so moist and flavorful! Would go here again for sure, and we’ll be telling our friends about it.

Mexican Scratch kitchen by a real Grandma! Very Very good a very reasonably priced. The tamales we moist, firm and very tasty . I had one chicken and one beef. Both tasted great and they were both seasoned differently. The stake tacos were an A+.
And the owner, who runs everything by her self, is a sweet as can be. Food cart cuisine at it’s best.

Absolutely delicious chicken flautas with salsa verde. Quesabirria tacos with consomme were perfect. Tamale was tender, not dry, and full of flavor. Prices are reasonable and hospitality was warm and friendly. Can’t wait to go back again!

Quesabirria was perfect! Tender meat with tasty street taco-sized tortillas and flavorful consume paired with abundant cheese. Tied for best, easily.

The chicken flautas had great reviews from my wife – crispy and delicious. Really loved the salsa verde.
I felt the chicken was a bit dry, though.

The chicken in the tamale was great, however. I can’t wait to try the pork.

The food came out FAST for tasting so fresh.

The cart is near a truck stop so it’s not great atmosphere, and the cart is sadly pretty run-down and doesn’t give good vibes, but trust me: it’s delicious with friendly service.

Menu is limited compared to the photos on here. However, the food was delicious and the service was great. We chatted with the lady who was running the kitchen and she was soo nice. We ordered the birria tacos and tamales. Everything was really yummy. Authentic Mexican food!

Great tasting homemade Mexican food. Literally “grandma” herself in the kitchen cooking, most likely her very own family recipes. Delicious flavor across the board. Everything is fresh and gourmet with generous portions. You can taste the love this kind-hearted woman puts into the food. She is always smiling, and so friendly. I always stop for a burrito when I get the chance. The Birria (shredded beef) I’d say is her top-notch specialty; highly recommend it.

So I pulled into the truck stop for the night and figured I was going to have another nasty truck stop dinner from the hot box, boy was I wrong. I noticed the food trailer over by the chrome shop and decided to check it out. That’s where I met Jonathan the owner, this guy was awesome to talk to and explained to me his plans for the future of his food truck. After talking with Jonathan he let me try his homemade sauce for his wings and let me tell you DAM!!! Needless to say that’s what I ordered and they were phenomenal!!! If you get the chance to stop in and meet Jonathan you won’t regret it, the food is just as great as the conversation was. Us as truck drivers have very limited options for eating on the road and this place gave me the home cooked meal that I definitely needed.
