Pros: The couple that owns it are very sweet, nice people. Service was friendly. Large space with lots of potential. Lots of arcade games that could be repurposed/made available for use. Pool/foosball/air hockey tables for family fun.
Cons: outdoor signage is hard to read, busted entryway speakers, broken arcade games (several don’t work/print tickets/take coins but don’t return them, nor turn on after paying). TVs were playing depressing news. The pizza had a frozen/old dough taste, little spice/flavorings to the sauce.
Would love to see this place cleaned up, as I think it could be a really nice family establishment.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered from this establishment today and the food tasted absolutely horrible. The pizza sauce was brown in color and so gross The meatball sub had that same brown sauce on it, and the bread was so soggy. The Italian sub was gross, bread also super soggy and had a ton of mustard on it and drenched with mayo. The toppings on the pizza were gross. The pineapple pieces were HUGE and the ham was diced up in tiny pieces and didn’t taste good. I returned the majority of the food and was told that they would only refund $50 of my $125 total. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We tried this place for the first time today, and trust me when I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The pizza was gross. We ordered subs as well. Nothing was good. Even the dogs wouldn’t eat it. We took the food back up there and argued with them to refund us. They ended up refunding us a portion, but this is definitely not how business should be done. I’m a small business owner and I don’t know how this place is in business serving food that low of quality and horrible customer service.

I am so disappointed with everything this place has to offer. I received an EMail from “Slice” (online ordering) suggesting this restaurant for pizza. I place a large order that amounted to $80 (with tip). Several other online customers came in and left the shop with orders. We the counter clerk about our order and were told “We have a large order” After waiting an additional 20 minutes someone came up to the counter with several packages. The worker said, “We ran out of Fries sow we gave you curly fries and we are out of fried mushrooms.” I did not want that stuff! It was not what we ordered! How can you substitute items without consulting with the customer?!!!!
We checked the contents of our order and noticed our soup was missing. We told the worker and heard “Oh really… Well, you have to wait!” Are you kidding me?!!!
Then the quality of food, well just let me say awful. The pizza was undercooked (very doughy), I hated the substituted “Curly Fries” were oily and undercooked My few Fried Mushrooms were also oily and soggy. The unwanted substitute cheese sticks were also disgusting, undercooked, greasy, and cold. The chicken noodle soup was cold and tasteless; oh it was also missing sauce!….
Totally not happy with this place and will advise “Slice” of total dissatisfaction since they will not let me add a review.
