Quawna gave great service! I came in nervous to ask for an order and she was so nice and so helpful! I felt like a bother and she made me feel like there was no issue at all. The kitchen staff as well there that night was so cool too and positive attitude! Went there late on a Friday night and still very nice and helpful! Will be back again! Love that a Waukee location has opened nearby!

First time trying this location, been forever since I’ve stepped foot in an actual Buffalo Wild Wings. I do enjoy their wings and sauces but don’t want to go to a sports bar.
Need to try this location on a busy night, I went in like 30 minutes after they opened for the day. My order came out in less than five minutes. Clean front area, back area looked clean from what I could see. It’s a new location.
Basic menu, I only ever get wings. Have yet to work my way though all the sauces or dry rubs, I always get mango habanero.

I placed an order on door dash and when I came to the store I seen 5 door dash orders sitting on the table I asked for my order they claimed they didn’t receive it I then showed him the receipt and he said oh we don’t have “brown sugar heat” that’s why the order isn’t in our system I explained to him I order 20 wings and they were different flavors they all weren’t the same flavor he then proceeded to walk away I asked are u gonna make my order that I already paid for he went to make that order but I didn’t receive any apology any complimentary drink or anything that showed hey we are sorry for the mistake I run a business of my own 3 food franchises I promise if I ever messed up an order or simply didn’t receive it I would try my best to make it right with the customers that spend the hard earned money on our food the customer service isn’t Good at all and I’m not satisfied 0/10 I even tried to place a complaint through the link the manager sends out to all the customers who aren’t happy and the website doesn’t allow you to place an address so the page just times out I hope this comment helps the company thrive and grow if you need anymore feedback I’m available to be contacted through email so please respond by sending yours

I would rate my experience at this location 0 stars if possible!!!! It is officially 2026 and guess what ALL Buffalo Wild Wing locations still lack???? Drum roll please…..GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! NEWS FLASH: If a customer (me) finds a hair in their food, you remaking the meal is not good customer service because you’re just simply giving them what they deserved the first time around/visit!!!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE comes in when you remake the meal then offer a gift card! Or you remake the meal with a full or partial refund! Why would you offer this???? Multiple reasons: The customer is now inconvenienced….they now have to use more time, gas and money to come back to your location to receive the same meal that should have been made right the first time around/visit!

Super sweet staff but awful timing. Ordered on line and drove over 15 min later. They didn’t even get the order until I walked in the door. The staff gave me updates while we waited over 30 minutes. We were late for our movie.

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is absolutely awesome! The food is always on point — wings are crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The place is super clean, the staff is friendly, and they always get my order right. Perfect spot for a quick bite or to grab food before watching the game.
