This is definitely my last time going there whenever I visit my relatives.

Okay, now with that in mind, I want to commend them for how delicious the food was once I got it. Truly 5 star comfort food of a meal. I got enough for two but kept it all for myself and scarfed it all down in a single sitting.
The service was less stellar but still better than what I would be giving if I was in their shoes. They could definitely use more hands because the ones they had were overwhelmed by the number of orders ringing through the drive-ins and at the kiosk inside. Like soldiers after a tough battle, the crew obviously cared for one another and showed a great energy of love to their beleaguered coworkers. I really felt for them and heartily wished management – and our culture in general – treated them with better pay, benefits, and respect than we do.
If we did, I guarantee the atmosphere wouldn’t have been as tragically bad as it was. They simply didn’t have the labor to focus on the flies that had invaded the place… or to wipe down countertops and tables. In fact, half of the dining area chairs had been put up, and only a few tables were left for guests to sit to eat their meal. I decided to take mine home because the atmosphere was not one to be lounging around in.
Called the store asked if it was corporate or franchise they said franchise so I said who’s the owner they tried saying there was no Owner. They don’t care about customers at all. (After that I just went in and spoke to the manager) mind you the cashier who was at my window was on the phone when I showed up outside she came in as soon as she seen me calling me rude and everything else. In front of the manager. I will never go back to this churches again.
And even though they are short staffed them folks hustled. And kept a smile Thank you all for the courtesy Would highly recommend..
