Decided to stop by and order some Chicken Bites and ended up taking over 15 min. The drive thru worker never apologized or even mentioned that it would take some extra time as I was next to the window, he just continued talking to his other coworkers and explaining how we were just going to have to wait right where we were. Once I finally got my food and water that I ordered, I went to take a sip and they gave me the complete wrong drink. I shrugged it off and opened the box of food and found a piece of hair on my food. I won’t be going back very unpleasant and disappointing stop.

You have a serious customer service problem. I can’t even believe I’m leaving a review, but I also can’t believe the absurd experience I had at this restaurant. I asked, who I assume was the manager, why they were so mad? What I did wrong? Was told the staff was irritated because: I ordered a Bo berry biscuit that isn’t usually ordered, the staff was having a bad day, and they were really busy. I waited 20 plus minutes, saw at most three cars come through the drive thru, and no one dining inside. Backed up at one point to ask if I had been forgotten. The staff member looked at me and turned around. Laughing with the cook and clearly ignoring me. and the food was cold.

In addition, I tried ordering extra ranch and willing to pay for it, but i had to ask at the window, guy at the window with a long beard acts like i begged for free food and when I asked for two ranch he only gives me 1. Pure ignorance and lack of simple customer service skills. Stop being stingy with the sauce.

I ordered this biscuit 8/15/22 around 8:15-8:30 and discovered an unidentified stain on the egg and biscuit. Fortunately I opened it up to put pepper on otherwise I could’ve eaten something potentially harmful
I contacted corporate and the franchise owner with no response after plenty of time has passed. You’d think they would be concerned about serving contaminated food

I have been waiting on my food for over 20 mins while half of it is on a tray getting cold the workers are in the back playing. The restaurant isn’t busy at all. It’s ridiculous. Ordered my food at 6:23 it is now 6:45 and still no food.

Ai ringing up food is crazy already then to sit there for 20 min and give the guy my money then another guy walks up and says thats not my total its actually almost 40DOLLARS FOR A 8 PIECE MEAL!!! Have always LOVED bojangles biscuits but today’s tasted nothing like the amazing buttery biscuit. They were dry smaller than normal and honestly tasted like a basic biscuit. Hopefully it was a fluke or just this stores. Workers have absolutely no personality. Give price and take money and hand food and didn’t say anything else. Customer service most places is lacking but damn.

I was going to come and leave a 5-star review because the woman in the drive thru taking orders was amazing! Super sweet and fun. She cared about her job and customers! But once I got to the 2nd window, the story changed. Sluggish workers who looked and acted dead inside. And the in-house ranch cup had hardly anything in it! It’s been a while since I’ve been to that location, and it’ll be a while before I return. The ranch is just an example of laziness, apathy, and poor management.
Edit: The ranch looks like it was spilling because they put it the box on its side. Nothing actually spilled because they did at least put the lid on well, but the cup was almost empty.

The food was really good just lacked a little flavor. The floors were dirty and filthy. The soda and tea and utensil area was covered with sugar ants and I saw they had traps up but need more of them. The booths and tables were dirty and filthy. Overall I recommend the food and drinks but be careful about the ants I wasn’t sure if I wanted sweet tea because there was a lot of ants on the counter crawling around and before I left I cleaned the drink bar where the tea and soda residue resided. The manager had to take orders after doing a interview because the staff looked bored and uninterested to be there. BUT CONGRATS ON THE COOKS! They did such a great job smiles and laughter is the best when cooks have fun at work. Thanks for reading and have a great day
