I went into this Arby’s that I’ve been going to for as long as I can remember, and had a coupon for $3.99 for a chicken tender snack, a three piece chicken, tenders and small fry. I ordered two of the three-piece chicken tender snacks for $3.99 each and added a large Coke for $3.19, and the female manager with missing front teeth who I’ve never seen before was working the register, and told me my total was $19.64. I tried to explain that I only wanted two of the chicken tender snacks, and one large Coke, So my total should be about $12, not almost $20. She continued to argue with me that when I added the large Coke it turned the chicken tender snacks from the coupon into full meals for over nine dollars each, which is why my total was almost $20. This woman is the manager on duty, and has absolutely no idea how the coupons work or how to enter them into the computer. I’ve been here many times previously and used coupons with no issues whatsoever, until today. I’ve been going to this Arby’s for lunch for well over 20 years, and they just lost my business forever. I left and took my daughter to Wendy’s.

Whoever the woman, the cook I’m assuming, was working at 6:30pm on 11/04 is very unprofessional. We placed a mobile order and pulled up to the speaker and some young man asked how he could help us. We gave the name on the order and two words into what he was going to say she gets over the mic speaking over him and goes “that order JUST came through you’re gonna have to wait a couple minutes pull up to the window” extremely rude. Meanwhile, there’s no line, nobody inside in line so I’m not sure what the difference would have been…just very unnecessary commentary when the young man could’ve just said that.

We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! Thanks for making a good day a great one!

One of the friendliest drive thru staff during dinner/late night you’ll find in the Pittsburgh area. Kudos to them for always (at least) seeming like they care about ya. I worked restaurants for 13 years. I know it’s hard to wear that hat day in & day out.

My husband and I drive 10 miles to this location because we request the meat very, very thin and they always accommodate. I have made that request at a few other locations and have been told “we can’t”; or it’s already cut thin (it wasn’t). It tastes SO much better that way …Thank You!

The food was good and waiting for the food to be ready wasn’t long at all. There was no line to get in the door or to order food, nor was there a mask mandate at the time. Arby’s was not crowded, there was only one other person in the dining room eating. Also, instead of plastic trays that they used to let customers use that were dining in, they put the food in paper bags, I’m guessing to reduce contact between people. Otherwise I will probably return. Good fast service to say it simply.

It’s always good to use the app if you’re visiting Arbys; there’s quite a few discounts and very often. I’ll buy one, get one free. Using the drive-through, it’s easy to use the app if you’re eating, and you could also use the app.

I always get the correct food and plenty of sauce! The drinks are huge! Great place to grab a bite. If you go at the right time of day there is hardly a line. Best times are 1:30 – 3:30pm and 7-9pm. This way you avoid primary lunch and dinner time.
