We waited for quite a while for the girl to realize we were here, and acknowledge us. She was very helpful and friendly when serving us. She seemed to be the only one working and was busy in the back. Most of the tables were dirty, and there was a very funny dirty smell when we walked in. The cream was good.

We used to come here at least three a week after dinner, but now at least once a month because of a certain employee that has definitely NO customer service and very very rude. I would definitely NOT recommen this place for ice cream.

If I could give the employee 5 stars without giving it to coldstone I would. There’s a young kid named Jackson running the whole store by himself. There was like 20 customers in there. He handled it like a champ! Coldstone lost at least 4 customers while I was there because the line was so long. The kid deserves a raise. Also the store smells bad.

Went in yesterday to get the Halloween special and the employee there was completely useless. He barely looked and spoke to us, idk how many times he took off his hat and messed with his tangled greasy hair. If it wasn’t for the taco waffle being already wrapped, I would have walked out cuz there’s no way he’s serving ice cream and touching his gross hair. Who’s hiring these kids? I really won’t go back due to the service. He clearly hates his job.

Too warm inside and smells of a weird mix of spoiled milk and vomit. Quite dirty, no one around to wipe tables, chairs, or floor. Also very expensive, over $6 for a small bowl.
Ice cream itself is good, but not worth the price or putting up with the dirty smelly environment.

Cold stone is a good staple for ice cream. No matter where I eat it, New York, Colorado, South Carolina, Californian, it all taste the same. Consistent. I always get the strawberry Blondie ice cream and it’s good. My husband got the area shake and it did taste like it’s namesake. Didn’t taste artificial.

My husband and I ordered a Mojo Mudpie and the ice cream was not mixed up well, they served it horribly and it melted over the cup making a huge mess and the employees had customer service. They were also real cheap on my kids ice cream scoop they ordered. I would not recommend this specific location. Also, extremely overpriced for the quality you get. We will never come here again. I would recommend Baskin Robbin’s instead.

Really annoying to offer an October promo and then not have it. “Check back in a few days” after I drove across town isn’t the best customer service. Also the smell in there is horrendous.

Cold Stone ice cream is one of my all time favorite ice cream that I try whenever I get a time. Love strawberry flavor with coconut toppings. Was a little bit disappointed though this time – coconut flakes were kinda hard – typically they are not like to hard to bite, and I asked pistachio but they gave me mint flavored ice cream. By the time I realized, we already left the place so didn’t go back to change it.
