This was my very first time at Starbucks. I am a Dunkin girl so I ordered a plain coffee with sugar and cream. It was hot, freshly brewed and so delicious!. I also had a brownie, warmed and melted chocolate. OMGosh crazy good!

This Starbucks is ridiculous when it comes to mobile orders. Every single time, the pickup orders get pushed to the back of the line while walk-ins get served first. My order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but it took 30 — and that’s not a one-time thing, it happens constantly. What’s the point of mobile ordering if you’re just going to make us wait even longer? Totally defeats the purpose. Either fix the system or stop advertising mobile orders as “convenient,” because they definitely aren’t at this location.

After getting my oil changed at Valvoline in Haymarket, I stopped by this Starbucks for a coffee, and I’m so glad I did. The cashier, Satara, truly made my morning. She was kind, welcoming, and had such a positive energy. Honestly, the whole team seemed friendly and upbeat. I don’t know if the manager here trains staff differently, but this location definitely stands out compared to other Starbucks I’ve visited. Thank you, Satara, for starting my day on such a good note!

A lovely Starbucks with friendly baristas. The staff here really stand out for being friendly. The outlet is kept clean and there is plenty of parking around. One of the better Starbucks in the area.

Oh my goodness!!! So busy!! Long line to pick up. Good thing they work fast!! People are so nice here. A nice man, Rob, bought me my venti iced Chai Latta with soymilk. Apparently he’s a regular here. The drink tasted good. The decor of this Starbucks is unique. I like it!

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. And I’ve gone to many. The staff (Hiromi, Bethany, Colton, Chase, and Satara) are amazing, always greeting you like in “Cheers” and remembering not only your name but what you order. Now that’s customer service. Great job SB Haymarket team.
