One day we called and ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese. Picked it up got where we were going after we started eating we found a slice with hair in it, WE made a review about it after some time i got a call saying how sorry about the hair and told me i would have my name put in their book with a $22 credit which I could spend it on pizza or wings or whatever I wanted. Planning on spending it on Valentines Day on pizza and wings for my family expecting to spend more than $22 which I was okay with. My daughter and son went with me. Going inside I told the employee my name was in the book with a $22 credit. See looked and replied with a rude remark my name was not in the book and walked away. Of course I was upset so I asked so we were lied to? See replied you are the liars we always put names in the book. I didn’t even know about the book until I was called and told about it. I also DO NOT lie so I did not appreciate being called a liar. This is not the first or even the second time we have had problems with Dominos but after 3 times, you’re out you are not the only place to get pizza.

Just tried to order a sub with mushrooms and onions added to the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (at the Walnut Ridge location). Was told that I could NOT add any toppings without taking something off. Spent $16 for this maybe had one slice went to get another slice and found a hair when I asked for crushed red pepper and Parmesan all we have is shakers and you have to pay for those will not be back at this one ever I will go to Pizza Hut again update my mom was told that her name Lora zook would be placed in a book and we’ll get $22 off our next order surprised we went there on February 14th Valentine’s Day to get pizza and some other items we know we would probably have to pay for what we did not cover with the $22 off we told them my mom’s name and surprised they did not have her name in the book when we were told it would be that must not get written down we were called a Liars that they always put names down in their book

The employee was Sara (not sure her last name). She was friendly helpful and full of smiles and positive energy. The food was delicious and I didn’t have a long wait time to be severed. If you had a 10 star rating I would definitely give it to her I was there for lunch and the service was so great I ordered take out from there for dinner.

Ordered before the weather hit. I understand that during a tornado warning they couldn’t deliver but long after the warning was over, I called and asked about the pizza to be told they had cancelled all orders. When I said, they could have let us know, the girl was rude and hung up on me. It never showed cancelled on the tracking. Bad customer service.

Where do I begin? First of all, I had to deal with this Ashleigh girl who claimed to be the Generak Manager. She was 100% rude, obnoxious, and unenthused to be there. Second, the wait time was horrendous. Compared to other pizza chains in the area, it felt as if I was a 5 year old child watching paint dry on Christmas Eve night. After a solid 45 minute wait, my Pizza was ready. Upon arriving at home, I open the box to see what I could only describe as a terrorist attack on dough, inside of a box. This crust was pale white, undercooked, and massively bubbled. Pizza isn’t rocket science. It isn’t like I was asking Ashleigh to speak Spanish, or paint the Mona Lisa. This location will never get my business again.

Tonight I ordered in the app got there a few minutes after it said it was done was told it would be a few more minutes so I waited the time went back to the window got told it was being remade for I assume the second time. At this point this point I had been there for probably 45. Gave it more time and then went inside and was told it was done over an hour ago and would have to be remade again. I said I had been told that twice just cancelled the order and left.
