Ordered takeout/delivery from this location. My entire choice to order from Panera was for the Broccoli Cheddar Soup with Baguettes. They were out of baguettes and instead of reaching out, or allowing me the option to cancel my order and get something else, they simply threw a ton of chips in the bag (which I don’t like nor did I order). 1 Star for not updating online menus with Out of Stock items, bad customer communication, replacing it with items I didn’t like nor ask for.

After coming back from a long busy day from work. The staff and food from this panera were able to turn my frown upside down . I’m not a typical customer at panera so I asked the cashier what she would recommend and her response was very insightful and truly thought out(great recommendation she gave and delicious choices). As I waited for my sandwich to be made (which was fast and good), I have to mention the sandwich makers Soren and Reuben, I really had a great conversation with the both of them, and watching these 2 work was amazing, they handled my food with care making sure it came out perfect(and which it did), great and wise young men. While I sat down to enjoy food, just amazed how clean and peaceful it was. Thankful for this experience after a long stressful day, honestly made my day better. Overall great staff, community, food, and service!!

I have to give 4 stars as the Manager on Duty on 2/4/26 is completely clueless about customer service. He was not welcoming, did not allow me to enter my phone number, etc.
I am concerned because the Managers I normally interact with are so happy to be at work. I had to remind him to please give me my order as all he cared about was yelling at a patron and being on his tablet.

This particular Panera is not the best. The floors are dirty, tables – sticky, the atmosphere is as if you have gotten into an airport/Amtrak station cafeteria. Food is cooked with no soul here, just to stay up to the bare minimum. And for the price you pay you can definitely find a much better place right around the corner.
