Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is very inconsistent. Sometimes great. Other times garbage. Today my Cajun Fries seemed boiled not fried. Soggy, limp, texture of boiled carrots. As you can see bottom half isn’t seasoned either.

Can’t really give you a review on food because no one came to the walk up window for the 15 minutes I waited there. It’s definitely on their security cameras on 2/3/26 from 4:10 to 4:25. No one, and I mean no one attended to the window. And i know they were serving at the window because i passed a postman with an order from the window. And unfortunately I am disabled, and the coder spot was 8 car lengths away from the wall up. I trust the walk up to get my order right, since I have no luck at Cook out drive ups. Emailed corporate, just crickets. My patience ran out and got Taco Bell who had a very good attentive crew. Won’t be frequenting this establishment

Rip-Off, no straws, no sauces, no napkins, and the tiny “big” double burger is 1 patty at best, cut in two. Very disappointing and rude/uncaring at the drive thru. Do better!

Went to this location for the second time since they opened with a large order, the lady at the window was very attentive & kind while I was ordering and stayed on top of everything I ordered (7 trays, 8 shakes, 4 drinks), I didn’t catch her name (she was a Hispanic lady) but her service at the walk up window was top tier & she did not disappoint with the way she handled our order, she stayed on top of her staff who were making trays & shakes & continuously praised the staff for the way they were working. Food was fresh & hot. You can tell this location has a positive environment! Thanks cookout in Marion for another great experience!

The food was good, burger was juicy, not dried out like most, had a great flavor, cheese,BBQ sauce, pickle. Fries were great, with the skins still on them, not greasy or mushy. The only negative would be the size of the patties, a little small for the bun, but in all honesty for what you pay for the tray it’s a lot less than what the other burger places charge, for the same, the quality of the burger and fries is way better.
