Great experience ordering from this Pizza Hut! The food was hot and fresh, the staff were friendly, and the manager was professional and attentive. She went about and beyond to make sure our order of 17 pizzas was ready almost as soon as they opened. Everything ran smoothly. Will definitely be ordering again!

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. We order here regularly and never have an issue with them. Today was beyond annoying, I spoke with Eddie to place a take out order. I paid extra for specific things and didn’t get what I ask for. Sadly I didn’t notice the error until I made it home. I called regarding the mistake and spoke to the “manager” Max who tried to be helpful but became unnecessarily rude. He went from I can credit the phone number but you have to mention the complaint the next time you call. Unfortunately, I opted to simply have my card credited for the order mistake. He began mumbling as though he didn’t care to communicate any longer and I was placed on hold when I ask if he could speak louder bc I had no idea what he was mumbling. After he returned back to the call and noticed I was still holding he hung up the call. Not sure if there has been a management change or what, but the service here today was very poor.

I’ve never been so dissatisfied in a meal from pizza hut or any pizza restaurant for that matter. I’ll say there’s definitely friendly faces when you walk in (aside from the gentleman that immediately ran off when I walked in)
But I was extremely dissatisfied with y’all being extremely conservative on the toppings for a meat lovers pizza. To add, did y’all even toss the wings? I don’t even really like boneless but I don’t mind it; wings were dry and tasteless. Almost like y’all just dumped minimal buffalo sauce in the center and called it a day.

If I could give ZERO stars—no, actually, negative stars—I’d give -10!
Three times now, these so-called “employees,” including the “manager”, have shown nothing but unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. We’ve ordered from this location at least twice a week, but after tonight, we’re done.
Our orders have been wrong multiple times—pizza made incorrectly, cut unevenly, and completely careless presentation. We have picky kids, which is why we’ve relied on this place. But now we’re stuck scrambling to find something else for them to eat—and most places they like are at least 15 minutes away.
Tonight was the final straw.
My husband went to pick up our order (which we paid for and received confirmation of), and knocked on the door for 5–10 minutes. Finally, an employee came out, told him to hang on, then came back saying he couldn’t find the order. My husband showed him the confirmation email and order number, and the guy said he was going to get the manager. He NEVER came back. About 7–10 minutes later, that same employee SNUCK out the side door, got into his car, and left!
So again, my husband knocks and calls the store. Finally, someone answers and asks if it’s for pickup or delivery. My husband explains again, and the guy cuts him off, says my husband’s name, and says he doesn’t see the order. My husband repeats we have the confirmation email and order number, and the guy says he’ll get the manager—and once again, NO ONE returns.
After over 15 minutes of waiting, we gave up and went to a better pizza place. We’ll never be back.
I’ve reported this to the call center, and they provided me with corporate and human resources contact info. I’ve made a report, and I’ll be posting about this across all my social media platforms.
This is the THIRD time they’ve done this—not just to us, but to our neighbors too. These employees clearly pick and choose when they want to work, hang around doing nothing, and should not be getting paid to sit on their phones. Honestly, they should all be fired.
Do not waste your time or money at this location.
