The family and I love going to Sharon’s Country Restaurant. In fact, mentioning that we will be going there for lunch usually elicits CHEERS from the kids! They love the food there, even the picky eaters.
Service from the waitstaff is usually pretty quick, even at peak busy times. I could only count on one hand (with missing fingers) the number of times I have had to wait long periods between a check up of our table or a refill of a drink.
The restaurant is a favorite of locals, which usually itself will speak volumes on the quality of an eating establishment.
As for food selections, Sharon’s offers everything from all-day breakfast, to comfort food, to “south of the border” selections. I have yet to go and find nothing to satisfy a particular craving I may be having at that time.
Some of my personal favorites: Sharon’s onion rings! These are a must-try! Their large burrito is HUGE and under $10 – even a big guy like me can make that into two meals. The wife loves the sweet potato fries and the Western Burger. The desserts change out, but there is nearly always something good for the end of the meal – considering you still have room after the main dish!

This restaurant is amazing! We got on a tubing trip every year and we always make sure to stop by Sharon’s for breakfast on the last day. The food is delicious and fresh, the price is cheap, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. If you are in the area and you don’t stop by you are really missing out!

Interesting experience. Nice waitress. The appetizers were tasty and fresh done. We ordered a patty melt and a French dip. The French dip meat was very dry and flavorless. Even the dip was weak on flavor. The patty melt was ordered medium rare but came out well done. The only thing you could taste on it was the cheese. Very hard to eat. All in all, pretty sure it was a once in a life time experience that doesn’t need repeating, lol.

Anyone remember Sharon’s restaurant, it used to be good. New owner it’s called Sugar Creek now, don’t ever go there. The waitress is awful, was pushing a stale, gross and understocked buffet for 10.79 on everyone that walked in the door. She was outright rude, messed up our bill, and then when I paid the bill and left she later went to my girlfriends job and complained to her manager that we dined and dashed, lied about the amount and claimed she was going to report us to the police.. they have us paying the bill on camera, you have no right to bad mouth your customers especially at their workplace. What a disgusting turn of events for what should have been a nice meal.

If you enjoy sitting for 45 minutes to receive bad service and cold food, this place is for you. The service is horrible, on multiple times the staff stops working so that can talk to family and friends. Our order was canceled after 45 minutes waiting and settled on the buffet. The food was burnt or straight out of the fridge. The gravy had ice crystals in it after sitting out for awhile. This place is definitely not somewhere we will visit ever again. Shame it’s got potential.

Food was very good, priced Right. The waitress was smiling and efficient. However the owner was rude, she constantly nagged on the waitress in a loud voice for everyone to hear. While we paid at the register the owner took our money being very rude. She talked over us to another person.
We will not go back there. It was awful to hear the waitress being slammed. We felt the owner wanted our money but forgot how to treat a paying customer.

Stopped in on a whim for breakfast on our way to an auction. Food we ordered was good. They have a weekend breakfast buffet that starts at 9. We were there a bit too early for it though. The food on the buffet looked good for the price.
