I don’t typically post negative reviews, but this was an odd and disappointing experience. Our pizza was mostly bread and sauce, toppings were missing from the majority of the pie. It will be a long time before we return. It’s a shame, we really used to enjoy Mod.

Love the pizza! The atmosphere was good. The facility was clean. Service was pretty good. Would have given it 5-stars, but one of the staff members had a slight attitude when taking our order. Other than that, it’s a great spot.

The staff here went above and beyond to help our group of 16 they did it with a smile and made us feel welcomed as if we were a part of their family. When we prayed over our food they too stopped what they were doing and prayed with our group. This place was amazing and if ever I find myself in town again this is a must stop!! I highly recommend MOD Pizza!!

NEVER had a bad experience here, until tonight.
We get there and told the female with the dirty blond hair that we are waiting for a couple more people and maybe she was having a bad day or something but she was rude. Our other people arrived and a male coworker made all our pizzas and salads… nothing wrong. We go to check out and it was the rude female. She rings us up and added 4 pizza and a salad, I corrected her and said it’s only 2 pizzas, a large salad and a drink and the other people in our group had the other 2 pizzas and a small salad and a drink…. She huffed and puff while correcting it. We Paid for our order and I went back and said “may I get a water cup please” as she handed me the cup she replied loudly “here, please and thank you” applying that I did not say please which I did, again I corrected her and said “ ma’am I did say please”. She brought the pizzas to our table and I simply asked for her name she didn’t hear it or simply ignore it, so I spoke up a little bit and asked again, she replied “ they don’t require us to wear name tags” I said “ that’s not what I asked, I just asked for your name” she replied “ um no thank you” so I laughed and said “Ok”…
She went back behind the counter and then said “what’s wrong with those people” smirking and laughing… in my mind I was like what do you mean “those people”….
If it were up to me I would have gave the pizza back and asked for a refund and take my business elsewhere, however the other people in our group were already hangery.
Needless to say we will not visiting this location and will make the drive to Mansfield or Waxahachie location.

We went for a late dinner. About on hour before closing and everyone was super friendly and pleasant. But who really stood out the most was a young man named Marcus who from the moment we walked through the door he was very talkative and helpful.

Walked in at 7:45 for an online order that should’ve been ready at 7:47 and they hadn’t even started the ticket. There were maybe 5 other customers in there and we had to wait 15 mins. The sweet tea was SOUR and our pizza was not even cut correctly.

I went to this restaurant with my family and my wife and I built our own pizza. That was a great choice and everything was delicious! I really recommend this place and build your own as well. I just expected more tables clean and less napkins on the floor but that ok. I won’t judge or rate low bc of that.

The things that I look for in any business is cleanliness, service & quality. Well, MOD hit all these boxes & more! This was our first time visiting & was so impressed about how we were greeted by everyone & how they made sure we understood the menu options. They charge you for the dough & then you can add any topping to your favorite pizza. We also got the cheese bread. We devoured almost everything & then we wondered what other things could we try. Well, you won’t be disappointed at this place. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!
