We ordered Cappuccino Gold (Hot & Cold), and a Chai Latte. The Cappuccino Gold was made to perfection – the honey rim with almond powder gave it a pleasant taste.
The store closes at 5 PM but the staff gave us extra time to leisure around and finish our coffee.
Do visit the place when in Bellingham.
P.S. They work directly with farmers to source their beans!!
as we had reservations at The Hotel Leo for their Christmas Day Chinese Buffet. Without going into detail, it was easily the worst food we have ever had. And with how much it cost, livid doesn’t begin to cover it. We left 15-20 mins after being seated. I signed the bill and we walked outside, ready to go home when we see a light, a beacon, in the darkness, or the rain, whatever. One of my favourite coffee shops, Cof& was open on a cold and rainy Christmas day. We jaywalked across the street and ran inside. There were several people already in there, families, friends, a toddler waving at everyone, and a dog in a raincoat to round it all out. I ordered the affogato and a cherry danish, The Kid got a hot chocolate and a chocolate dessert of some kind. Just being in there is a balm for my soul, but after that horrible food, it was more than that. It really was a light in the darkness. Any time I go there, everything is great, from the staff to the food and drinks, but after our very horrible and overpriced early Christmas dinner, it made it all the better. Thanks for keeping the light on (to bastardize Motel 6’s slogan), Cof& it was much appreciated
UPDATE: went back and ordered the Japanese Siphon – WOW. So delicious and Sebastian truly made the experience walking us through the process.
