Love the atmosphere here. Counter service was nice. I usually don’t have order issues. Though this last time. My order to go was all messed up. I will chalk this one up to it being a pick-up order. I will know to double-check before I leave, if I do this again.
When I dined in, all was great. Food it a hit and miss on some items. Bake goods are delicious. Cheese Burger soup is one of my favorites. Hamburgers are just so so.

Great place to hang out or do work. Coffee & sandwich were pretty good. The iced latte tasted a bit burnt & was super light on ice- I assume the espresso was poured directly onto the ice which can create that burnt taste. The items in the pastry case looked so good but I didn’t have any room to try any. Overall, I would go back!

Tough to say on the atmosphere when you just use the drivethrough but the service was fast and very friendly. The cold brew with foam was one of the best I’ve had and kept me hopped up on caffeine for the 3 hour drive home. I will definitely be back!!

I will remove my one star once the staff are farther trained for their Job. Sometimes I need to buy syrup, or a syrup pump, but I feel bad because most of the time the front counter person looks helpless like they don’t know what to do. Later, they tell me they don’t sell either of the products. I have bought both before here, at this location.

The coffee has a very strong flavor, too strong for me. Even with the iced coffee, the sweetness doesn’t cut through. Most recent order was the iced mocha fudge. I’m not sure how I was supposed to drink a giant glop of fudge at the bottom. Too thick to mix into the drink.

First time here. Was really suprised at the variety of options on the menu. Breakfast, coffee, and icecream.
The waffle sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was surprisingly delicious. The waffle had a candied syrup crust flavor to it that was really good, but at the same time was fluffy and moist. We also tried one in a biscuit. Depending on if your in the mood for savory or sweet both would be good.
The biscuits and gravy were good as well. The gravy reminded my S.O. of one of his favorites. There was plenty of gravy, enough for 2 biscuits even though the half order we got only had 1 biscuit.
The mocha Latte I got was good, but a little too sweet. Next time I’d try a flavored Latte or Breve without the mocha to see if I like it better.

Atmosphere is good at this place. Plenty of windows to sit next to and lots of outlets to charge your laptop. Wifi speed is good, at around 90mbps.
The bad:
Service was pretty slow for how empty the place was. There was someone wiping down the counter when I got there, and I waited 5 minutes while she finished before she even acknowledged that I was waiting.
I got a Chicken-inni sandwich and it was not very good. The sandwich lacked flavor and the chicken inside tasted as though it had been boiled not grilled. The sandwich itself fell apart as I ate it.

A really cozy place with large tables that is great for meetings or just getting work done! Always a fun crowd and it’s close to where I live plus the prices are cheaper than other places in the area and they also have food!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is unfortunately such a repeated circumstance, I felt it was time to address it. I love Smokey Row and have been a customer for years. During covid, I started utilizing the drive through on an almost daily basis. I have never been to a coffee shop where my order is messed up more times than this drive through. Today, yet ANOTHER entirely incorrect drink was made via the drive through. It’s almost hard to believe how routine mistakes are made in that drive through – which leads me to think is it the baristas, the speaker system, etc? I can’t figure it out but it’s too routine to not be addressed at this point.

I love the atmosphere here. Its always nice and relaxing and clean. I love to come here and study or chill. It’s so calm. The music is really beautiful! And the coffee is delicious. The employees are so amazing and helpful. Definitely stop by!
