I was really, really excited that this location opened up to try this place.
This was the amount of chicken I got in my “chicken and” string beans. I legitimately feel robbed and all my excitement is gone.
What a shame that Panda Express has gone the route of enshitification that has caused so many restaurants to fail. Smaller portions, higher prices, blander taste. Pity.

I love this Panda Express! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the employees are very kind and friendly. Chef Saul is an amazing cook, and AiLun is fabulous and very kind. Everything they make tastes so good. My favorite dish is the black pepper steak. I come here almost every day because the service and food never disappoint.

Incredibly SMALL servings. They pile the rice sky high and put as many vegetables in the main dish as they can so youre left with a few measly bites of chicken and the rest is sauce and rice.
You get WAY MORE for your money at yhe SANDWICH SHOP NEXT DOOR!! The food is actually fresh and you get what you pay for! I cant imagine skipping the Sub Shop for this goy slop.

I was excited to see them move into Westwood as I like them for a quick, tasty option sometimes. But the explosive diarrhea was definitely not worth it. Granted it was 7:30 pm, past dinner rush. But they are failing at safe food handling here. Never had a problem at other locations. Be warned.

Our experience with pickup orders has not been great. The first time we thought it was management issue but now the 2nd time ordering pickup and they delay us 20+ they expected pickup time. Our first experience they delayed us with the orange chicken prep and prioritized customers who walked in instead of our order. Our second experience our order prep was delayed despite non peak time. Please work on your order fulfillment.

Went for the grand opening, extremely crowded but I ordered online and got my food before they said it would be ready. Fast moving line though. The problem was I found a hair in my food, which was certainly not mine because it was black and long. And i had an unusually large piece of chicken that I decided not to eat because it looked, tasted, and felt raw. Service was great though with nice employees.
