This is a very high quality Panda Express compared to many others I’ve been to. It appeared clean, the staff were welcoming upon entering, the food was great (I ate my bowl with chow mein and honey sesame chicken)! The kind employee who rang me up recommended we download the app for more deals or even a possible discount (I found out I already had an existing account and could get a platter for cheap but decided to save it for next time & scanned for points this time). Panda Express during this cold weather was a great decision

Whoever was cookin up the orange chicken at around 2:30 pm on 7-24-25 was absolutely throwin ts down! Give whoever that was a raise asap! Best orange chicken I ever had from Panda Express, perfectly sauced and the pieces are crunchy…what more can you ask for? Noodles were decent but the chicken for sure made up for it. The lady on the speaker and the driver through window was also chill.

I used to like Panda Express before things have changed this last few years. Maybe the new management? Or They didn’t train their staff well? But this happened so often now. We always order family meal. We used to get home and the portion of all boxes are packed full. Now, every time we get home, the food portion loses 1 to 1.5 inches in height because they loosely pack the food. You can see the pictures. We didn’t eat any yet. This is not the Panda Express we used to know for years before Covid. They already increased price significantly over time and yet try to cut down portion. Make no sense. If you gonna reduce portion, then don’t change the price.
Last time also, I ordered a plate through drive through. Got home to find out missing one entree. Waste money on that. Later I came to order another meal, told the manager, they couldn’t do anything about it.

Staff is soooo polite, respectful and they seem very happy to assist their customer. I was eating and the girl cleaning an areas asked how is everything. From the person serving to the cashier. Great team at this downers grove location

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at Panda. Despite being busy I was still greeted and the service was phenomenal. Odalis also went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of while always having a smile on her face regardless of how busy it was. Definitely would recommend this location!

Order thru drive thru services never told me she waiting for one meat option I choice so part my food was at the window for about 6 minutes I ask why it took to long I replied why make part of the order was made and waiting for the other I asked it could be made over it seems like it was done but once I got home the orange chicken was old mixed with a fresh batch I guess I will not go thru drive through no more

I always come to this location to eat, their food is always fresh and delicious. My chow mein was overcooked and the manager gave me brown rice as a replacement. Always great customer service.

I like their food. You select one or more entrees that you have on top of rice, vegetables or another side. The grilled teriyaki chicken in particular was delicious – juicy and tender, maybe because they had just brought it out. Also has orange chicken, which is always good.

One can never go wrong with choosing Panda for dinner when craving ~not so authentic~ Asian fare. The noodles were a little dry but everything else was up to par. The service was friendly and fast, especially for a busy Saturday night. The price of a 3 entree plate and an egg roll came to just over $11, comparable to dinner specials just about everywhere else.
