I ordered two double whoppers with cheese. It took forever, because everyone else was finding their orders were wrong. I finally got my order, drove home and on opening the bag discovered two double whoppers with bacon and cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no condiments.

I wanted a whopper so bad I could “taste” it. I stepped up to the counter and the cashier guy was on his phone. I told him that I wanted a #2 no pickle no onion he looked up from his phone and said “which sandwich would you like”? I couldn’t speak. Seems that his phone was more important than my order. I went to Subway instead. I really hope managers read this because it angers me that phones are more important than revenue.
