Walked up to the window and got an order for 5 in less than 15 minutes. Delicious and huge portions of burritos that were fully customizable. They had birria as a special and we tried it with corn tortillas, but I think the flour ones for the quesadilla and burrito were even better.

Yes! get some quesadillas, burritos, and tacos. No, not just one of those items… all of them! I haven’t had bad choice from here yet. I usually order one of each since I’m from out of town. I highly recommend and the employees who work there are very kind!

They speak English and Spanish and take card and cash. So there isn’t any excuses to enjoy delicious Mexican food!

It’s a little food truck that you can’t miss right in front of Dichotomy coffee shop. Plenty of parking and you can probably even eat there since there is one or two benches near by.

Or you can be like me and go to lovers leap and have a picnic !

I went to BU and have been going to this food truck since 2012, been here numerous times as a college student, and keep coming back even after graduation. Their burritos are fresh, large, great quality of meat and veggies, and always served piping hot. Their tortilla is soft and flaky, holds all the ingredients really well, and never gets soggy. The portion sizes big and totally worth your money. One of my fav places in Waco!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The only downside is they are open for limited hours and days, so def check before going.

Ordered the crispy tacos with rice and beans and it is so yummy. The meat is very flavorful and they fry the taco shells themselves which I love! Green salsa is yummy too not too spicy ️!

The owner and gentleman that helped with my order this morning were great. I ordered a bacon, egg, bean, and cheese burrito. It was made fresh. The burrito was ginormous and tastes excellent. I added the green salsa. It was hot but had good flavor. Well worth the $.
