I use to prefer DD’s when I’m in a rush but now it feels like a total waste of time & money. This LOCATION especially! The HARDEST, STAIL TASTING DONUTS & your coffee will be brewed with day old or not enough grounds so it taste like water & milk … other locations are not this bad

Purchased a 25ct munchkins and most of them were stale, crunchy on the outside and dry inside. They also didn’t have most of the donuts listed so I had to get a dozen of whatever they had available which wasn’t fresh either. Staff didn’t seem organized at all. Took them well over 20 mins to move a line with 2 cars in the drive thru.

Decided to give them another try since they were offering some Halloween donuts and showed to have pink donuts with sprinkles which are a must for my toddler. Well, disappointed yet again. All the Donuts seemed to be a day old and the pink donuts came with chocolate sprinkles which was not what I was expecting. The maple snack bacon was delicious. I did the app order which was so easy. Definitely do not recommend.

I was not sure what to think after reading reviews for this location. I do not understand the hate. The staff was friendly and worked as efficiently as they could. After a 10am Sunday visit, it is quite obvious what can make this location better. The sandwich station is not accommodating to the demand it gets from the drive thru and carry out. If you get a sandwich, expect to wait just a little longer. No big deal. Thanks for the good service.

I Just started a morning shift and last week was my first week going to that location, (I’m driving from Alamo Ranch area all the way to stones oak) so Monday I waited 15 min at the window for just a large ice coffee, no sorry for the wait just $7.35 sir and then here, then Tuesday again, but this time I went inside and the lady in front of me was already upset because they had no muffins, I waiting about 15 minutes again, but I still gave you all the benefit of the doubt then today, I go to redeem my points for my free coffee and when he scanned my phone my points disappeared then he tells me $7.35 and when I told him about it he said he didn’t see any free coffee and was rude about, this is the first time I have not gotten my free ice coffee and of course it would be at this location. Horrible service all around, ill just wake up early and go to my location instead. If your employees don’t want to work then maybe they should look for an easier job or better shift.

Pure incompetence! At breakfast time, we ordered the bagels and biscuits from the menu, and the cashier processed without telling us they were out of all those items. The manager was yelling frantically about other things to the staff. I asked for a refund, but even that was too difficult for the cashier. The constant yelling from the manager was insufferable. Previous experience here has been mainly slow service.
