For the wait time food should not be cold and shouldn’t be served cold anyhow more should the fries be burnt. Along with when you order a bacon cheeseburger you would expect the bacon to be on the burger which NOPE the burgers wasn’t even on the hamburger buns it was smashed together and wrapped thrown into a bag. Not happy won’t go back to another Wendy’s. This one and the one in Moundsville would recommend to stay away from. Got severely bad environment issues at the one in Moundsville and the one at the Highlands is just sloppy and cheap

The lady at the counter is soooo sweet. After having a miserable time at the Wendys in Wheeling this was a breath of fresh air. The food came out fast, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is super friendly. The woman at the counter even came by to check on us.

20 July 2022 You’ve got to try their breakfast sandwiches, the Maple Bacon Chicken sandwich is delicious and the potato wedges are really tasty with the seasoning. Wish they’d offer these all day instead of the regular fries, I haven’t cared for the fries since they changed them awhile ago.

Although 1 item was missing from my order, I called when I got home and not only did they take my name for a replacement when I stopped next time, they also refunded the amount of the item from my next order. That is above and beyond what most places do. Usually they would give you the item at no charge but I’ve never had a fast food chain also give me a refund. Well done Wendy’s!

This is a pretty good location! The service is very quick and accurate. The food was hot and served quickly. Honestly. Probably one of the better Wendy’s fries I’ve had in a long time! The restaurant itself was very clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. Overall, I would definitely suggest this location. It’s perfect for those of us who are traveling through the area and not too far off of route 70. Easy to get in and out and close to other amenities

The cashier on the evening shift on the 4th was not friendly. Noone in the kitchen was wearing gloves while preparing my order. We then came in Saturday afternoon for lunch. Different cashier but again was lacking customer service. All the tables in the dinning area were dirty.

Very slow inside. Very long line. Definitely give priority to the drive-thru. Ordered fries online so it would be ready and it was, but there were very over cooked and the container was not full .. bathroom is very small and needed cleaned.

My go to is their apple pecan salad. I really miss the mandarin one they had, but this is just as great.
Strawberry lemonade is a must. The strawberry puree/lemonade mix is just the right amount to get a blended flavor.
