I noticed right away shawarma they gave me looked a little off- more like wet greasy pulled chicken than shawarma meat. Then I got a hint of the smell and it made me gag. I swear they scooped up droppings from today’s grease bucket and threw it in my plate.
It sucks because the past few times i ordered it was a good portion and the food was pretty good but I cant ever order from here again if theyre serving chicken like that to people paying money.
I visited this place on October 7th around 10:10 PM and ordered a kebab plate worth $46. The menu clearly stated the preparation time was 10–15 minutes, but right after taking my order, the staff casually said it would take 30–35 minutes instead.
When I pointed out what was written on their own menu, instead of fixing the issue or apologizing, the staff member arrogantly said, “Then take a refund and order something else,” and later added, “There’s nothing here for you, go somewhere else.”
That kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable — especially from a restaurant that charges premium prices. This is not just bad service; it’s open disrespect toward customers. Refusing to honor the listed prep time, refusing to serve properly, and then speaking rudely is a complete failure of professionalism.
If the management has any standards, they should retrain or replace staff like this immediately. Treating customers this way ruins your reputation faster than bad food ever could.
Disgraceful experience — never coming back, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic respect.

Thank you for your response. I feel it is important to clearly state my side of the situation.
You could have easily turned up the volume on your cameras to verify my tone and behavior. My only comment was that the platter should not take 30 minutes to prepare, to which your staff provided an explanation. I acknowledged it politely and said “okay.”
Afterward, I requested the Shawarma plates, and your staff agreed, stating they would first issue the refund and then prepare the Shawarma.
The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and unnecessary. If my behavior or tone was truly inappropriate, it would be obvious on the camera footage. Instead, the staff jumped to conclusions and issued a refund prematurely, despite my polite demeanor.
I strongly urge you to review the camera footage carefully. I believe it will clearly demonstrate that my actions and tone were completely respectful, and the escalation from your team was entirely avoidable.
