I had a decent enough experience. The staff was pretty helpful. Unfortunately their options are fairly minimal. They even had to recommend a different bagel for their farmhouse bagel breakfast sandwich because they were out of those (and several others). It was my first visit and I also wanted to get the baker’s dozen while there for home. Given their slim options, I had like 5 different bagels to choose from to make up the mix which kind of sucked.
The coffee was really good, though. I like it on the strong side so next time I’ll have to add an espresso shot.

Don’t waste your time. Every time I go they’re out of ingredients. As well as take forever to make 1 sandwich. When I went, it took them 30 minutes to make one sandwich, that didn’t even have all of the ingredients I had ordered. Based on my personal preference the sandwich was not that good. The bagel was soggy/ tuff and everything else was very tuff as well. Don’t go.

The hours of business show 7am to 5pm week days. I came in early to grab bagels for a work breakfast at 7:40am and this location is not open at 8am. Either update your hours on your Google business listing or do better for your customers. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to contact this place, but the number listed is a fax number. I would like to stop by and purchase some bagels, but I’m not a UCA student, and I don’t know if the location is open to the public. I used to frequent Einstein’s Bagel shop when I lived in Dallas, TX and was floored when my search for the closet location to me was right here in Conway! I used to love their Mango Bagels (seasonal). Please let me know if the shop is available to public!

I really love to stop by here on my way to classes, but the past couple of times have been nothing short of frustration. My order is either always wrong or forgotten due to their inefficient paper trail system. While the staff is always nice, I wish they would put more care and attention in the orders.

Let me just first say they do not honor the rewards system that Einsteins bagels have! also that selection is very small!. Oh they don’t accept Mastercard seriously there on a college campus and don’t except Master Card! So by that they can’t scan my barcode on the app because they don’t use it and they don’t accept Mastercard so all those reasons I would never come here!

Bagels are great it just sucks that the only GOOD bagel shop in Conway is closed on weekends. How can we have Really GOOD Bagels for Saturday or Sunday breakfast when there not open?
