We had an excellent experience getting burgers here! The food was delicious, the sauces were awesome and the staff was pleasant. We did not experience anything that other reviews mentioned in terms of “adding their own tips”
The store has kiosks where you can place an order yourself and tipping is optional. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back for burgers soon, thanks again!

Great cheeseburger and sweet potato fries; the sweet tea was a different story _ strawberry limeade was definitely the better choice. Attentive and helpful staff; establishment was immaculate. Definitely recommend!

Planning a move to Baltimore and we stopped at The habit on our way to the next apartment viewing. The fries were absolutely the best we’ve ever had. My sister and I both just love them.
The salt level was amazing.
The burgers were very good. Nothing wrong with them but the fries were the star of the meal. Definitely worth a return trip

The inside is clean and the staff were friendly. It is reasonably priced and they add many toppings to your burger. The burger, however, was thin and not cooked thoroughly. I got the burger to go, but if I had eaten inside I would have made them take that back and actually cook it. The sweet potato fries were really good.

I hadn’t even heard of this chain before but figured I’d give them a try. I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less quality at other places. These burgers are absolutely worth it and the onion rings are perfect.
Everyone is so friendly, music is at a good volume, and everything is clean. I absolutely recommend everyone try them out.

I lived in Santa Barbara, CA for a few years and know this chain very very well. Not as good as In-N-Out but also a different burger and gives it competition. I love in Baltimore now and hit up this location occasionally.
The burgers I picked up for my family tonight were AWFUL. Verged on inedible. The meat was closer to a McDonads patty than a Habit patty. If it had been just one burger I would’ve put it to an “off night” but it was every burger. Flattened meat patty, dry as the desert, chewy like rubber. Drowned in 1.5” of shredded lettuce, doused in mayo with a tasteless colorless tomatoes. Definitely not happy with this meal. And I’m still hungry:

The teriyaki chicken sandwich and charburger were both excellent. Great portions and not messy. The salads were hearty with decent dressing to choose from. Garlic croutons are excellent. Loved the passion fruit tangerine juice as well as strawberry limeade. Sanitized tables that were well spaced. You have to ask for a new cup at the refill which is great. Very clean establish with convenient parking and curbside pickup.

Nothing but excellent all around first time I went I got the Santa Barbara char burger. The service was wonderful didn’t hav a long wait lil bit of a mix up with not knowing fries didn’t come with order but all good. Second time was today and I got the same thing and my mom got the balsamic grilled chicken and asparagus salad and we got the oreo shake and everything was excellent. We did curbside pickup food was ready 5 secs after we pulled up. I have nothing but great news from them. Will def be goin back again and again.
